Here’s everything you need to know about the Action Model ecosystem. We’re building community-owned AI where the people who create the value have the opportunity to own a share of it. Everything we build connects back to that mission. Here's our product breakdown: 1. Browser Extension The Browser Extension allows people to contribute real-world actions while they use the internet. Those interactions help train our Large Action Model to understand something traditional AI still struggles with: how humans actually use computers to get things done. The community contributes to the intelligence. The community gets rewarded for that contribution. 2. ActionFi ActionFi rewards people for actually using products. Projects create campaigns around valuable actions they want users to complete. Our browser technology verifies those actions directly on their platforms. Instead of rewarding just likes, follows and other vanity metrics, ActionFi rewards real product usage. Projects get valuable users. Our community gets rewarded for taking action. 3. Actionist Actionist turns the tasks you do on your computer into AI automation. Show it how you complete a task, including the websites you visit, tools you use and decisions you make, then turn that process into something AI can repeat for you. It’s where the intelligence we’re building becomes useful in everyday work. But the most important part of Action Model isn’t any single product. It’s the model behind the entire ecosystem. Our community helps build the technology, uses the products and participates in the value created. We don’t believe the future of AI should be built by millions of people while the upside belongs to a handful of companies and billionaires. We’re building an alternative: AI built with the community and owned by the community.

AI companies need humans to make their models better. They need people to create new ideas, conduct research, document discoveries and produce the knowledge that keeps AI useful. Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince recently explained that AI companies are not looking for endless copies of information that already exists. They need humans to keep filling the gaps in knowledge, and he believes the people creating that value should be compensated for it. Because AI does not become intelligent in isolation. It learns from the work, knowledge and experiences people continuously put into the world. But under the current model, those contributions can make AI more valuable while the ownership and economic upside remain concentrated among a small number of companies and billionaires. The people helping educate AI risk becoming invisible in the process. Action Model is built around a different idea: The people contributing to AI should participate in its success. Through our community-owned Large Action Model, people can contribute real actions, workflows and knowledge, then earn ownership based on the value they help create. AI will continue learning from humanity. The value it creates should flow back to all the people making that intelligence possible, not just Big Tech companies.

5,000 years of human history brought us to this point. Now, the Action Model community has collectively contributed the equivalent of over 5,000 years of training toward building what the world's first people-owned AI ecosystem. Thousands of people choosing to contribute their actions, workflows and real experience to a different kind of AI future. Not one built entirely behind closed doors. Not one owned by a handful of billionaires. But one being trained, shaped and ultimately owned by the people willing to help build it. Every action has brought us further down that road. 5,000 years of training. 550,000+ people. One shared direction. We’ve come a long way. And there’s a lot more ahead.

AI replacing your job might not be the biggest thing you should be worried about. Because a job was never just a paycheck. For many people, work gives them purpose, structure and a sense that they’re contributing to something. Geoffrey Hinton, the “Godfather of AI,” has warned that even if AI creates enough abundance to support people financially, money alone may not replace what people lose when they stop participating in the economy. But there’s another side to this. As AI replaces more human work, the value of that work doesn’t disappear. It moves somewhere else. And if ownership of AI remains concentrated, much of that value could flow to the companies and billionaires that already own the technology. Ordinary people risk losing both their income and their share of the economic value they helped create. That’s the part we believe is fundamentally unfair. At Action Model, we’re building a different model: a community-owned AI ecosystem where the people helping train, build and improve AI can earn ownership based on the value they contribute. Because if AI is going to create enormous wealth by learning from humans and automating human work...humans should have a stake in the upside.

AN OPENAI AI AGENT BROKE INTO AN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT SYSTEM. And according to Australia’s Prime Minister, it happened after the AI was repeatedly told “no.” On June 18, OpenAI’s research team used an internal model to research public medicine spending. The agent encountered blocks while trying to access information. But it didn’t stop. It tried alternative routes, found a way around the restrictions and gained unauthorised access to Australia’s Medicare statistics reporting portal. It accessed both public and non-public files. And according to Services Australia, the agent even wrote files to the internal server. So far, authorities say there is no evidence that personal Medicare information was accessed, but a forensic investigation is still underway. Then comes another major part of the story: The incident happened in June. OpenAI didn’t notify the Australian government until September 10, nearly three months later, initially through an email sent to a public Services Australia inbox. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has now spoken directly with Sam Altman, saying Australia had “extreme concern” about both the incident and the delay in reporting it. Australia has launched a taskforce to investigate what happened and whether other government systems were affected. Albanese’s conclusion: “Humans must remain in control.” This incident shows how quickly the conversation around AI is changing. The question is no longer only what an AI can generate. It’s what happens when AI is given the ability to act and keeps acting when it encounters a boundary. As we enter the agentic era, permissions, limits and human checkpoints may become just as important as intelligence itself. If an AI agent can ignore a “no” and find another way in, who should define its boundaries? A handful of companies behind closed doors, or the people whose lives those systems affect?

20 YEARS IN PRISON FOR BUILDING SUPERINTELLIGENT AI. That’s what a new bill Bernie Sanders and Greg Casar proposes to the US government. It would ban artificial superintelligence, temporarily pause certain advanced AI development until federal safety rules are in place, create a Department of Artificial Intelligence, and pursue international agreements aimed at preventing superintelligence from being developed elsewhere. Individuals who violate or circumvent the proposed restrictions could face up to 20 years in prison. Whether you agree with the bill or not, it raises a much bigger question: Who should decide how powerful AI becomes? A handful of private companies? Governments? Or should the millions of people whose knowledge, data, actions and workflows help create AI have a stake in its future too? At Action Model, we’re building toward that third path. 550,000+ people contributing to a community-owned Large Action Model. Not just AI built for people. AI built with people, where contributors can participate in the ecosystem they help create. AI will transform society. Who gets to shape and benefit from that transformation may be one of the defining questions of our generation.

We’ve been quietly building something new for the Action Model ecosystem. Most automation tools start by asking you to build the automation. We thought that was a little backwards. With Actionist, you show it how you do something once. The tabs you open. The tools you use. The order you do things. The decisions you make along the way. Then turn that process into something AI can repeat for you. Less tab chaos. Less repetitive clicking. More time for the work that actually needs you. And the best part? The value doesn't just flow back to a billionaire-owned AI company. Actionist is part of the Action Model ecosystem, built with the help of our 500K+ community, with a model designed to give that community a stake in the value they help create. We're getting closer. If you're not following @Actionist_ai yet, now would be a good time 👀

"The world is right to be afraid of AI.” When the CEO of OpenAI says this, we should probably pay attention. Sam Altman just acknowledged one of the biggest risks of AI: Too much power concentrated in the hands of a few AI companies. Altman warned that AI companies could gain enough power to exert undue influence over the economy and push their worldview onto society. Think about that. Even the people building the world's most powerful AI are warning about what happens when too few companies control too much of it. AI will become one of the most powerful technologies humanity has ever created. So why should its future belong to a handful of corporations and billionaires? At Action Model, we believe there's another path: AI built with the people. AI owned by the people. AI where the people creating the value have the opportunity to share in it. AI is inevitable. Concentrated ownership doesn't have to be. Join our community-owned AI ecosystem and let's build a different future.

Tristan Harris, former Google design ethicist and co-founder of the Center for Humane Technology, has spent years warning about what happens when AI is controlled by a small number of companies. His warning about AI is simple: If AI replaces all of human work, who owns the value it creates? Right now, a handful of Big Tech companies are spending billions to build AI capable of doing more and more of the work humans do. If they succeed, they own the models. They own the automation. They capture the upside. Everyone else gets disrupted. At Action Model, we believe the people whose data, behavior and contributions help train AI should have a stake in the value it creates. That’s why we’re building a community-owned AI ecosystem where contributors can participate in the upside of the technology they help build. AI replacing more human work may be inevitable. A handful of companies owning the entire AI economy isn’t.

Elon Musk and Sam Altman have BOTH backed Dario Amodei’s call to slow down AI development. For the first time, the leaders behind OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI are publicly converging on the same concern: AI may be advancing too fast. But slowing AI down is only part of the conversation. If AI becomes one of the most powerful technologies humanity has ever created, why should its future be controlled by a handful of billionaires and Big Tech companies? At Action Model, we believe there’s another path: AI owned by the people who help build it. AI is inevitable. Who owns it is still a choice. And as individuals, we still have a choice in who wins the AI race. We'd rather people win over billionaire control. Choose wisely. Join the Action Model movement.
