Wrapped up @ETHGlobal Tokyo '26🗼 Built a v4 hook that makes arbitrageurs pay a dynamic fee to liquidity providers, powered by a fine-tuned open-source version of Jev with @0xanonviral , and won a @Uniswap bounty 🦄

What if you could put cash into a vending machine and walk away with digital dollars in your wallet? That’s what Takarabako is and we just took second place in the Continuity track at @ETHGlobal Tokyo 2026. 🇯🇵🏆🥈 Our flow is simple: You insert cash and Takarabako will process the deposit and send the equivalent value of digital dollars to your wallet. But behind the vending-machine experience, we also built a liquidity layer using @1inch Aqua to execute and manage liquidity-providing strategies. We built Takarabako with the goal of bridging physical cash with onchain liquidity while making the experience familiar on the front end while using programmable DeFi infrastructure underneath. We built the prototype over the weekend, and we're incredibly grateful to the 1inch team, ETHGlobal, the judges, and everyone who stopped by to test Takarabako and give us feedback. It's definitely was an incredible feeling to see Takarabako recognized alongside so many great teams. Congrats to all the builders and winners. 🫶 This is only the beginning. 🏧💵 @wanaokii @sebestdebest

Here is a quick recap of @ETHGlobal Tokyo 2026 from day 1 till the last day with @nizarsyahmi37 @sebestdebest Day 1: We boarded the flight from KL to Tokyo and then stayed 1 night at a hotel Day 2: Arrived 30 minutes early at Toranomon and discovered more about the venue shops, restaurants, and map. We went to validate our idea with partners like @1inch, @curvegridin,@Uniswap, and @ensdomains. We started assembling the hardware and ran into an issue with the voltage required by the Raspberry Pi and the bill module. Luckily, @heemankv was there and mentoring us. Our savior for the resistor: @pettiboy_com; our savior for the multimeter: @konrad_gnat. Awesome dinner, especially the sushi and wasabi. Day 3: Fixed the issue at 4 a.m then continued with the software and client-side integration, integrating @curvegridin for the smart contract, @1inch for the liquidity-providing strategy, and @ensdomains for the users and verification kiosk to avoid scams.

Hackathon weekend, done. One brief for the @ETHGlobal Tokyo hackers: check who you are paying before you pay. Payment rails can't exist without real-time counterparty risk checks. Congrats.
