MEET THE TEAM! Meet Kamya Kashish, one of our awesome Customer Success Engineers! Kamya is a writer, reader and a problem solver based out of India. Before joining SerpApi, she worked as an Application Developer at an MNC where she used to ship code, build tools and debug issues every day. It was a fun challenge but what struck her most was the opportunity to interact with people - get to know them, solve their problems. When she saw the job posting for 'Customer Success Engineer' at SerpApi, she was sure it would be a good fit. She believes she's an empathetic person and this role lied at the perfect cusp on tech and collaboration which catered to her genuine love for helping people and solving problems. Though she's relatively new to the pivot, she take challenges as they come and her innate curiosity helps her find the way through. She could get a sense of the company values while reading about them and felt more drawn towards going for it - four months in, she's happy that she followed her instinct. The trust, transparency and integrity she sees in each and every team member is impeccable and finds it really amazing to work with such a wonderful set of people. Outside work, she's most excited about curling up with a good book, spending time with her family and friends, exploring new cuisines and being surrounded by nature.
