100% this. it makes it even harder when the reps feel more replaceable than t shirts.. you have to start all over again with a new person so often!
A good rep really can make or break a 'creator-company relationship'.
That's 5 years experience talking. I've had problems with so many manufacturers at some point because of not being listened to.
It just ends in missed opportunities, nobody wins.
