RealPage misused pricing information to take the competition out of the rental industry, leaving renters to pay inflated prices — and then attempted to evade responsibility.
This week, the court agreed with CA and our bipartisan coalition of AGs and ordered our case to continue.
My office looks forward to continuing our work to hold RealPage and landlords accountable and remains committed to tackling anticompetitive conduct that illegally increases the cost of living for Californians.

Following our CA Supreme Court win, Riverside Sheriff Bianco has returned the boxes of ballots and election materials that he illegally seized back to the county registrar where they belong.
The registrar is conducting a full inventory to ensure all the ballots are accounted for.
