We can confirm a 16-year-old boy, who we believe was a pillion passenger on an electric motorbike, died in a RTC in Taunton last night (Thursday 1 October). Emergency services were called to East Reach at 10.20pm. A second boy sustained serious injuries orlo.uk/i4WER
