Biggest announcement of my life: I have raised pre-seed funding from 021T, @alexwg , and @devontriplett21 to build an AI agent that will change the world The biggest issue with AI is it is creating incredible value but for only a small group of people Most people hate AI and don't use it I have built Henry Intelligent Machines (HIM) to solve this HIM is a personal swarm of AI agents autonomously creating economic value for you 24/7 Right now as we speak HIM is collecting data across thousands of websites autonomously 24/7/365 They're hunting for challenges to solve at all times When you use Henry, he will deeply research you and get to know you. Then based on the thousands of opportunities it has in its database, find the value generating opportunities that most closely match your interests, skills, assets, and expertise Henry and its swarm will then proceed to build those micro-businesses out for you You will have complete control over the swarm. Reviewing and approving all work. Editing where you find appropriate. You give Henry a budget, then it hunts and autonomously creates value Say you have an expertise in vibe coding tools and Henry discovers there's no vibe coding guides on Gumroad. It will take your expertise, build drafts for a guide, run it by you, post with your approval, then use your budget to get customers Say you're into AI and speak Portuguese Henry will go through the Portuguese AI education market, see there are no educational products in that language, then create a full AI educational business in Portuguese Most people hate AI. This is because they get 0 value from it, see their friends getting laid off, and become scared HIM is the antidote to this. HIM allows ANYONE to get value from AI. HIM will allow anyone to get access to the trillions of dollars of value that are up for grabs in the new AI world. To ensure Henry creates value and not slop, this will be an extremely slow rollout We will be letting people into HIM 1 by 1. Working with them hands on to ensure Henry only builds real value for them, then expanding from there. If you'd like to be one of the early users of Henry, feel free to sign up at the link below. Forward.

Dot, Muse, Grok Bot, and Hermes are all EXCELLENT agents They all have their own strengths and weaknesses, so you need to know which to use for each task Here is each agent, and when you should be using them: GROK BOT- best agent for heavy knowledge work Strengths: Because you can create many different agents with many different contexts, skills, and memories, you are able to get a wide plethora of work done really really well Weaknesses: Grok 4.7 is a great model, but not frontier. Also not much usage on cheaper plans. Who it's for: People who have a diverse set of responsibilities and tasks they need to get done META MUSE: best agent for getting personal tasks done online Strengths: Lightning fast, free, and by far the best agent at navigating the internet. Can just 'figure it out' for getting tasks done in browsers Weaknesses: Not great at coding. Model is lightning quick, but not the smartest or most creative. Weaker at knowledge work because of this. Who it's for: The best 'personal assistant' agent. Booking reservations, finding flights, filling out forms, unsubscribing from websites. The more 'normie' type use cases. Also it's free. So anyone on a budget. HERMES: Open source, fully customizable, do anything assitant Strengths: Fully open source and customizable. Anything you want to change in the agent, you can just change it. Use any model or subscription. Does almost anything you ask without many guardrails. Also a smaller decentralized team supporting it, so it's always great to support the rebels Weaknesses: No mobile app. Because it's open source and fully customizable, it's not always the most reliable if you tinker too much Who it's for: tinkerers who want full control over their agent. Also great for the local model community and people with their own home AI labs. My Hermes maintains all my networks and equipment for me better than any other agent DOT: Your ultimate AI agent project manager Strengths: The smartest model in the best harness. You get Astra capabilities with best in class ChatGPT tools like Voice, Spaces, and Codex. Can manage all your Codex threads for you and see your projects to completion. Also has ALL of your ChatGPT memories out of the box, so no onboarding needed Weaknesses: Feels rushed. Lots of rough edges at the moment. Slowest agent. Has trouble with computer and browser use more than you'd like. Tokens in the Dot chat are free, but can heavily burn tokens when managing Codex threads. Who it's for: Builders who do a lot of coding. ChatGPT power users. Anyone who has long running tasks they'd like an agent to project manage for you If you put the right agents on the right tasks, you'll have super powers. I use all 4 of these every single day, and switching between them is a breeze They're all also EXCELLENT agents, so if you can only use one, using any of them is good enough. You can choose literally any of these 4 as daily drivers and you'll be way more productive than the average person Just make sure you're USING them, and not just reading about them.

Figured out how to make ChatGPT Dots an outrageously powerful agent: Use it as a project manager, not an assistant (skill linked below) The strength of ChatGPT is its harness. The desktop app is excellent and has an outrageous amount of tools So if you use your Dot to project manage other threads/tools, it can get a lot more done than other personal assistants that you just ask to make you reservations You can have it work on other projects for you continuously, loop over apps you're building, keep an eye on progress of other work, and just do a ton of things at once You DO NOT want to be using this as just a personal assistant. The model and harness are too good to be just booking you dinner reservations. Here is how I have it act as more of a project manager: have it start and keep an eye on other ChatGPT threads Give it a goal for that thread (build an awesome video game, create this business idea for me, build this presentation) Then have it manage that thread, working towards that goal step by step As it goes along, have it test every step then update a ChatGPT Space with information on that thread Then, do this with multiple projects and threads. It's really good at multitasking. If you set the right expectations for project management, you can get a tremendous amount of work done at once. Way more than you could with just a basic personal agent like Muse I built a project management skill you can give your Dot that sets all the expectations I mentioned above. You can check it out here: github.com/finna/project-man… Does Dots have wildly different features than other agents? No But if you take advantage of it's strengths the right way, you can be wildly productive

To the people who are in the replies angry that I called Dev Day incredible: Every day I get to wake up and live my dream. Yesterday I went to dev day, saw the future of the industry I love, met Sam Altman, got to vibe code video games with other passionate people, met the builders crafting the products that changed my life, and somehow some way, got to go home and film a video talking about it all because that's now literally my career I pinch myself every day knowing this is now my life. 13 year old me wouldn't believe I would eventually make money for just playing around with tech and creating content on it So yes I thought it was INCREDIBLE. And yes every time I get to test a new product I love it's INCREDIBLE. And yes just waking up in the morning is INCREDIBLE Because my life is INCREDIBLE and I'm grateful every day that the last 20 years of working from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep led to this But please, keep telling me in the comments how wrong I am for being excited

OpenAI just announced that the $200 subscription will get half the amount of usage moving forward It’s clear where all of this is going All AI companies within the next 2 years will exclusively use API pricing. No more subscriptions Subs only made sense when companies were willing to lose billions of dollars to get you into their ecosystem Now that basically every AI company will be attempting to go public, they’ll no longer be able to burn extraordinary amounts of money They’ll have to report their earnings to the street, and if the number isn’t going up and to the right, that’ll be really bad I don’t think this is doomsday. The cheaper models like Luna and Sonnet are now actually really good. Compared to 6 months ago, they’d actually be frontier That’s more than enough to be spectacularly productive for a good price The consumer behavior is going to have to change. You are going to need to be fine with using an intelligence level appropriate for your work. Not just Astra 6 Max for every single thing you do If you have a Ferrari and a Model 3 in your driveway, you don’t drive the Ferrari to pick up milk from 7/11. Sometimes you use the daily driver car The days of AI subsidies are coming to an end, and it’s probably time we start getting used to it. The party is over.
Hi, Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan. Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago. (a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want. (b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions. (c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent. (d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet. I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news. Codexingly, Tibo

OpenAI just released Dots, their competitor to Grok Bot and Muse I've had early access for a bit, and I really like it Its biggest differentiators are that it has access to ALL your ChatGPT memories, as well as all the amazing tools in the ChatGPT harness including: • Voice mode • ChatGPT plugins • The new ChatGPT Spaces • much more Is it wildly differentiated from the other agents? No. But if you've been using ChatGPT for a while, the fact that it just knows you and all your past chats really well is massive And if you are a desktop app power user like me, being able to have your agent spin up codex threads on the go is wildly helpful If you are more in the 'normie' crowd who primarily just has your agent make restaurant reservations, probably not for you But if you use AI daily for more advanced stuff like building and doing all your knowledge work, it's excellent
Your dot is ready to meet you.

This is bigger news than it appears I’ve had early access to Sonnet 5.5 for a bit now and honestly at first I couldn’t tell the difference between this and Opus 5.5 It’s a fraction of the price of Opus, which already felt like you got an absurd amounts of usage out of for cheap It’s clear Anthropic has had some sort of breakthrough the last month The jump in intelligence, speed, and affordability of all their 5.5 models is maybe the biggest leap we’ve ever seen in AI You need to be using this model for all your standard, fastball down the center work With its speed and intelligence you’ll be shocked at how fast you get tasks done
Introducing Claude Sonnet 5.5, the second model in the Claude 5.5 family. It’s a clear upgrade over Sonnet 5, runs more than 30% faster, and costs up to 30% less for most work.

The most dangerous thing you can do right now is NOT use the latest AI tools. Period. Every day a new company is laying off thousands of people who don't know how to use the most modern AI tools If I were in the 9-5 world right now, this is every step I'd take: 1. Download Claude Code and build your first app using Opus 5.5. Learn how to implement a front end and database (I’d use nextJS and Convex). AI can teach you all of this 2. Download Grok Bot. Tell the agent about your entire life. Career, goals, and ambitions. Ask it which agents it can build and which workflows it can implement to get you closer to those goals. This is called reverse prompting. 3. Anytime you're about to do work manually, do it in Grok Bot instead. Tell Grok the task you need to do then ask it how it can do the task for you. You'll be surprised by how much of your work you can automate 4. Feed Astra 6 Max your hardest problems. Make sure you hit the rate limit on it EVERY single week 5. Constantly look at your limits in all your AI plans. If you're ever not above 50% on your limits, get angry that you're not burning enough tokens. 6. Start creating content and building a platform. Resumes no longer matter. Companies dont look at them anymore. They check your platform. What you talk about, what you’re passionate about, how you educate others, who follows you. This matters 100x more than anything else when getting hired right now. If you do these 6 things you are in excellent position to not only be safe in your career, but also dominate those that don't pick up these skills.

Everyone on planet Earth is talking about local AI right now And for good reason Governments are banning models. Hardware prices are 10xing You NEED to be getting into local AI. The number 1 questions everyone has though is which computer to buy? Here's your answer: You basically have 3 options: 1. MAC STUDIO (high intelligence, lower speeds)- Mac Studios are excellent devices for local AI. They can run MASSIVE models. I'm running GLM 5.2 right now on a single Mac Studio. The model is Opus 4.8 level The issue is, Mac Studios are a bit slower at running intelligence (altho the M5 Ultra is promising) Mac Studios are a good choice for you if you want frontier level intelligence, but are fine running the intelligence passively Meaning you get top intelligence, but it runs more in the background rather than on demand As an example, I have GLM 5.2 running security checks on my codebase every hour. It creates a report. I review this later in the day 2. POWERHOUSE NVIDIA CHIPS (RTX 5090, 6000 Pro) Nvidia is the most valuable company in the world, and for good reason They make the world's best GPUs. They have decent VRAM (32gb on the 5090, 96gb on the 6000 Pro) and INSANE bandwidth. Meaning the local models run at unbelievable speeds I'm running Qwen 3.8 locally on a 5090 and it's just as fast as cloud models I'd go this route if you want to run an AI agent like Hermes off a local model, still get decent intelligence, but have it able to work lightning fast 3. AI WORKSTATIONS (DGX Spark type computers) The DGX Spark is an excellent AI computer It has high memory (128gb unified memory) and has decent speeds because of the Nvidia CUDA architecture It is basically the sweet spot between a cutting edge Nvidia chip and a Mac Studio You can run medium sized models, and get usable speeds out of them You're not going to get the same performance as cloud models, but it will allow you to offload small secondary tasks to your local models for them to handle They are also the absolute easiest to get up and running You plug it in, then tell your agent on your main computer to go onto it and set it up. You don't even need it connected to a monitor CONCLUSION Here's what it comes down to: how high intelligence do you need, what speeds do you need, and how plug and play do you want? Want the highest speeds, like you are used to with cloud compute? Build a computer around an RTX 5090 Want to run frontier level intelligence, and don't mind slower speeds, go with a Mac Studio Either way, it's never been more important to get into local AI

Stop scrolling for a second. I just want you to pause for a moment. We live in the most incredible time to be alive in the history of this species Every other day a new revolutionary product drops that gives you more freedom, power, and ability to do ANYTHING you want LITERALLY every other day A couple weeks ago Astra gave you super intelligence. Today Opus gives you super intelligence at lightning speeds for dirt cheap. Soon Meta glasses will come out that let you talk to a super intelligent personal agent everywhere you go Every day technology makes your life better and better. Every day you're capable of accomplishing more. Every day you have the ability to help out your fellow man more than ever before For thousands of years nothing happened. But today, everything is happening Please just take a moment and realize how incredible, awe inspiring, violently beautiful this all is If you are one of the pessimists that haven't realized the incredible nature of what is happening right now, I beg you to view this world through a different lens Being alive right now is the greatest gift God has ever given us. I hope everyone realizes this soon enough
