Flo State started as a fork of writer.computer, which is great but web-based. Made a ton of design and performance tweaks, then ended up just asking Opus 5.5 to rewrite it from scratch in Swift. Looped for 5h and gave me this ~first shot.

love the name! i built one for myself recently as well with GPUI and Rust :)
i finally got around to building a local first markdown editor i wanted. calling it anyhoo: a native macos app, written in rust, with flashcards embedded in the notes (inspired by Andy Matuschak's mnemonic medium) the local editors i've used so far include way more bloatware than i need. i wanted folders, a great md editor, and a way to easily review things i want to remember (bc anki's ui unfortunately sucks) i also wanted it to be blazing fast. here's what moving between notes looks like anyhoo. very happy with how fast this feels

This is super nice. Is there any way to stop it from scanning the entire folder that the one document you want to look at is in? I keep a lot of docs in my Downloads and opening one file forces a scan of the entire thing and suddenly they're all in my sidebar without asking.

This error appears when there are incomplete information regarding your Apple development certificate and ID in Github secrets section. I've attached mine which works without an issue
