I never recommend YouTube channels but this guy is consistently putting out top quality content, has a calm voice, amazing accent and is aimed heavily at Laravel developers. If you're not subscribed, you should do so now. An easy way to stay in the loop without getting exhausted.

PHP tip. `[a-zA-Z]` in a regex misses letters like é, ü or ж. `\p{L}` matches ANY letter in any language. Add the `u` flag so PHP reads the string as UTF-8, and pair it with `mb_strtolower()` instead of `strtolower()`.

Laravel tip. SQL `avg()` skips NULL values. So `avg(case when error is null then duration_ms end)` averages ONLY successful rows. Stack a few of these in `selectRaw()` and one query returns total calls, success count and averages side by side.
