Three possible areas to work on for a grant: 1) Encrypted transaction flows 2) Private voting 3) Repeatable confidential workflows
Shutter DAO 0x36’s Impact Pilot is a grants program open to anyone who can advance a real Shutter opportunity with a named workflow, a reviewable deliverable, and a clear next decision. @ShutterNetwork For example: 1. Encrypted transaction flows A wallet, RPC, rollup, builder, validator, or routing-service opportunity where encrypted transactions can address a concrete pre-execution risk. 2. Private voting A named voting platform, DAO, association, municipality, or other body that could test private and verifiable voting. 3. Repeatable confidential workflows A real use case for sealed RFPs, procurement, allocations, auctions, bug bounties, or timed disclosure. Application template and details are in the comments. 👇

1/5 Axia voted FOR SEP-56, funding Safenet Aegis for 12 months. It moves Safenet from Beta toward a fee-bearing transaction-security network, with an expected Safe{Wallet} integration in Q4. @safefndn @safe

4/5 The caveat: $30k/month is a revenue target, not breakeven. Initially, 100% of check fees flow to Sentinels. A DAO fee share and the path to a more open validator set remain future governance decisions.

Great insight. Watch $ARB
Arb’s supply is largely misunderstood as it is often quoted as including DAO tokens as locked. The ARB investor/teammate unlocks are nearing completion and will be fully unlocked this coming March. The remaining locked tokens investor/teammate account for about 7.7% of the total supply. So where are the rest of the tokens? They sit in the DAO treasury, and are not locked in the traditional sense. The Arbitrum DAO currently holds 2.84 billion ARB. But the DAO tokens are fully controlled by the circulating tokens as the only way those tokens move is by a vote of the other tokenholders. Here’s a screenshot from the recent Arbitrum transparency report:

Today we are announcing that S&P Global has entered an agreement to acquire OpenZeppelin. Onchain finance is growing from an emerging market into core financial infrastructure, and the standards and rails our team and community built are becoming the rails of global finance. OpenZeppelin smart contracts facilitated over $37 trillion in value transferred, with the vast majority of the largest DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, stablecoins and tokenized funds relying on them. With S&P Global, we expect to accelerate the impact of onchain finance, backed by more than a century of trust in global markets, benchmarks, and risk frameworks. To our clients and to all the users of OpenZeppelin open source tools: • OpenZeppelin Contracts and all our open source applications and tools remain open source, free, and publicly maintained on GitHub. Building open source standards stays a core priority. • Audits, engineering work, and ecosystem programs continue with the same team, brand, quality, and customer experience, with what will be the added benefit of S&P Global's research capacity, market data, and institutional reach. For the last decade, OpenZeppelin has set the security standard for onchain finance. Today begins a new chapter for that mission, together with one of the most trusted names in global markets. Axia Network retweeted
Arbitrum is generating significant revenue, with several revenue streams, and part of this revenue is being routed to the DAO. That said, the $ARB token lacks direct value accrual, as it is primarily a governance token. Could be something here with governance as a moat thesis.

1/ DAOs often have people ready to contribute but no credible path from “I have an idea” to “here is useful work the DAO can fund.” Shutter’s 3-month Impact Pilot proposal has passed. Axia authored it, and is eager to begin the work.

5/ The point is not to create another compensation layer. It is to test whether Shutter can identify useful work, reward it with evidence and cost discipline, and learn which contribution pathways are worth keeping.
