We have been delighted to be back at @UoDComputing for the Strathmore Trophy competition. Pupils had to create an AI chatbot with a focus on Sustainability. A great team from Bathgate created Ripely the Robot

She managed an incredible score in this competition to add to her qualification to last year's CyberFirst Girls competition final. A proper star in the making.

One of our new S3 pupils Hughie has been working on a Scratch game in his spare time and has created something pretty special. It's too big to share on Scratch online but this is an incredible effort.

Our S3s have used the @microbit_edu to create 2 versions of a step counter - a basic and a more advanced version. We had to get into the ☀️ to test these. Pupils decided to make a chain to count their steps together 😂

Pupils have had a chance to try out a car driving simulator and got to see exactly how various renewable energies are used to generate electricity to power our favourite devices #STEM4ENU

⚽ S1 football team had their first game of 2022 against James Young CHS today. A really good game by both teams. Robbie scored all 5 goals for a final score of Bathgate 5-2 James Young.
