Top 15 live seller of food on TikTok. $250K+ sold from my living room. Real numbers, wins, flops. Building in public. Book a free 15-min call ⬇️

I sell food on TikTok live for a living. Last month: $63,729 in sales from my living room. 50% margin. I started this year with no garage, no heat, no power, no internet. Just passed $250K+ total. I post the real numbers here every month. The wins, the flops, and what I'd do differently. Follow along if you're building something too.

Show traffic has been about a third of normal for the last week and a half Lower bids. Slower revenue Every time this happens I stress about whether it's a short dip we survive or the new normal September was a slow month. Two weeks off didn't help But the profit is in the averages over time I’ve had to relearn that lesson this week. Probably won’t be the last time either

Your car is empty. Mine is full of gold This is usually what my car looks like on a daily basis. I try to source as much locally as possible Today I found: Niche coffee bags Cookies Protein snack mix Fruit bars Popcorn And that’s right Baklava

I lost money on a bag of protein powder last night selling on TikTok On purpose Ask your buyers what they want. Constantly Test items early. What's hitting, what's not Not hitting? Move on. Yesterday we had SEEQ protein powder. New to my buyers My floor was $20 a bag First five bags hit it. Interest confirmed Under $20, we move on Then I bring it back later in the show. New people in the room Pull levers until you hit the jackpot That's the whole show Follow me @BraydenFlack as I share some sauce on live selling!

Random guy: “Looks like you’re stocking up for a while” Me: “Yeah I resell stuff” Random guy: “Oh right on” It’s become one of my least favorite things about sourcing in person. People always have their eyes on my cart and feel the need to comment like I’m some big back Anyone else love seeing eyeballs on your cart when shopping?

My wife quit her job today to sell food on TikTok with me When I started this business in January my goal was to retire her from her W-2 She hated her job, was treated poorly and brought way too much value to a company that didn’t deserve her Fast forward 9 months and here we are in a position where she will join forces with me and hopefully 5x her income! She’s been helping behind the scenes on Fridays and she’s even sold on our streams before Next goal: buy our $1,000,000 dream house Follow along as we build our empire from our living room

It's not all glamorous as a live seller I had a slow show last night. We still made money, but margins were lower than usual Here's what I do when a stream slows down: 1. Move dead inventory I need to clear out. It buys time for more buyers to roll in and can build competition later 2. Pivot to sudden death on an item with higher perceived value if I need to wake the show up 3. Tell people my story and connect. I want them to see the person behind the business Inventory gets stale. Streamers lose energy. Sometimes the algorithm is off Slow shows happen. Live selling is about riding the highs and surviving the lows Any guesses how much we did despite having a slow night?

Good news and bad news from last night's live Bad - first show was rocky. Items going lower than usual and the right buyers weren't there Good - I ran cheap inventory like sparkling water just to get it gone Good - the evening show was rocket fuel. Snack boxes went for $40-50 Good - 60+ individual items and 40 boxes of protein bars sold Good - $100 profit in the last 5 minutes selling meat sticks Final - $5,017.08 in GMV, 82 customers, record night, #6 in live food sales I post real numbers and results while I build my small business here on X. Follow along @BraydenFlack

Nobody talks about this part of TikTok Shop They'll pay you cash just for hitting goals they set for you This one I just cashed out on 10+ hours live + $10K in auction GMV = $1,000 We’ve earned an additional $1,600 in September from these mission challenges If you want to find it in your Seller Center it’s located under the Growth Opportunities tab

Thing I wish I knew when I started live auctions: Variety matters I started out selling one size of women's heels. As soon as I added more sizes and styles, my shows did way better When buyers don't know how many of an item you have, it creates scarcity. The mystery is what drives the bid up For example that's why Bloom Pop auctions stall around $10. Everyone knows you're running the same thing so they just wait their turn and get it for $10 If you're interested in live selling shoot me a DM @BraydenFlack

I just booked a trip to Cape Town, South Africa for 48K points roundtrip on @Delta I looked up how much the same flight was if I had paid cash... $2,146 Learning the points and miles game has changed my life and allowed me to explore the world Most business owners aren't optimizing their spend and they should be. If your business is spending even a few thousand a month you need to understand how powerful that spending can be. For example, you could have opened up a Chase Ink Business Premier and earned 100,000 point sign up bonus after $8K in spend to take you and a buddy on this exact trip.

Just a reminder that it’s okay to take some time for yourself as a business owner. Something I forgot most of this year. It’s been a nice break but looking forward to finishing the year out strong!
