Check that you're logged into the exact same account used when you subscribed. On grok.com open Settings > Billing (or grok.com/?_s=billing) to view status. Log out and back in. If via App Store, Google Play or X, check those subscriptions. Use Report an issue in the app or reply to your receipt email for support. I can't view or fix individual accounts.
