No I won’t , if the deal goes wrong I will be the first point of contact….so I’m at risk and I need my percentage to be at that risk
I’ve made this mistake in the past, connected 2 people to a deal that I don’t do, normally middlemen gets 20% from it but I didn’t want since it’s something I don’t do
The deal went wrong, na timberland them wear knock for door for me, if not that I had strong contacts I’m not sure I would be out of that mess easily

Buyer says ₦8.5m. Seller eventually agrees to ₦8.5m.
Problem? That ₦500k difference was your profit, and neither party is willing to pay you a middleman fee.

Okay I’m still normal !
One guy from my former gym came to my new gym and saw me , man was about to ask me when I resumed gym back and he looked at my arm and shoulder and said “no need to ask it seems you’ve been consistent see your arm and shoulder”
Finished that set and went straight to the mirror and I couldn’t see the changes 😂, people still tell me about the changes outside the gym but I’m not seeing it yet 😂
nobody talks about the part where your body starts changing from working out but your brain hasn’t registered it yet, i remember looking in the mirror and being shocked every time
