The @Vitacost website has a bug. The paypal checkout button leads to a bizarre higher price than subtotal shown. It's higher even than the price before discounts applied. Using regular checkout and selecting paypal later yields the expected price with discounts applied.

The main advantage that video tutorials have over written ones is that videos show the steps that the instructor either forgets to mention or mistakenly believes should be so obvious that it doesn't need to be mentioned.
