On September 12, 2026, illegal immigrant Rafael Alejandro Arreguin-Ramirez killed New Braunfels resident Alex Nunez and injured a 3-year-old in a head-on DUI collision. Rafael Alejandro Arreguin-Ramirez and his friend, Alejandro Aguillen Acosta, both have an immigration detainer hold.
The problem is getting too big to ignore and it's starting to affect our local community. People like this do not belong in our city, and much less on our roads. Comal County needs to take the next step forward in ensuring the safety of its people by enrolling in the 287(g) Task Force Model.

Enforcing immigration laws through mass deportations upholds our national sovereignty, protects our people, and puts Americans First!
