Another milestone at our Pecos, Texas campus. We recently celebrated the topping off ceremony, marking the completion of the highest point of the structural frame and a significant step forward in the construction process. The work does not stop here, now it's time for the interior work and equipment installation.

Livestock and data centers might not seem like an obvious pairing, but at our Marble, North Carolina campus, they coexist just fine. Local farmer Rick has been grazing his cattle on 30 acres of our property right next to the data center. In his words, he enjoys progress and is glad to see the work being done at the campus. We believe in being good neighbors. We're glad Rick is one of ours.

Our Marble, North Carolina campus continues the legacy of innovation the building has carried for 60 years. It was once home to American Thread, whose thread was used in Levi's Jeans and NASA Apollo missions. Today, those same walls are home to the infrastructure driving American innovation once again, this time in AI. We're proud that some of the very employees who worked at American Thread now work at our data center. When the factory closed in 2015, many people lost their jobs. Acquiring the facility meant bringing employment back to the local community. The building has changed, the spirit of innovation has not.

Core Scientific appoints Jay Elms as Chief Commercial Officer. Jay brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience in the data center industry. He will be responsible for growing customer relationships and overseeing the customer experience from initial engagement through deployment. Our Marble, North Carolina campus delivers ~65 megawatts of billable AI-ready capacity. The campus features an advanced closed loop water cooling system, which can operate for up to 20 years after initial fill without requiring additional water. The site is also strategically connected to regional fiber networks, providing resilient, low latency access to key markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, and Knoxville. Now that the campus is complete and has been turned over to our customer, we recently hosted an opening event with members of the local community. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and look forward to sharing more from the day soon.

The scale of our infrastructure contract with AMD is significant, but so is the opportunity for long-term expansion. A look at the details: • 530 MW initial deployment • Additional 2.0 GW expansion opportunity • Capacity across five campuses • 15-year agreements • Delivery for AMD expected to begin in early 2027 • Full 530 MW delivered by the end of 2028 With this agreement, Core Scientific now has $24 billion in total contracted customer revenue and 1.1 GW of contracted capacity across two customers, each committed to 500+ MW across five campuses.
