Halfway through the week, and ships are still crossing oceans, moving the cargo that keeps industries running and economies connected. Millions of tonnes of goods travel by sea every day, yet most of that activity remains invisible to the average person. Behind every voyage is a route, a schedule, a vessel to monitor, and an operation to manage. I think onchain participation should offer that same kind of visibility. No uncertainty around where the value comes from. No fog hiding what’s happening underneath. That’s what makes @EthraShip interesting to me. It’s bringing real maritime operations closer to the blockchain and making an industry that quietly powers global trade easier to understand, track, and participate in. Real activity shouldn’t have to stay hidden. ⚓️

Vangrid @vangrid_io is looking at DePIN from a different angle. Instead of focusing mainly on physical infrastructure, the project is using something millions of people already carry: smartphones. 📱 The idea is to use them to capture real-world spatial data and turn those observations into 3D information that can help power Physical AI. Think: → Robotics → Autonomous systems → Drones → Other machines that need to understand physical environments One part I find particularly interesting is the Vangrid bounty marketplace. Buyers can post bounties in USDC for specific 3D captures they need, while contributors can collect that real-world data and receive payment for completing the bounty. Then there are PTC points, which track contributions within the network. Important distinction: Vangrid has clarified that PTC is not a currency and has no monetary value. The project also reported a $9M funding round in 2026, with investors including HashKey Capital, Borderless Capital and Animoca Brands. But the bigger idea is what really catches my attention. Humans already move through the physical world every day. Our smartphones already contain cameras and sensors capable of capturing parts of that environment. Vangrid is exploring how those observations can become a data layer for machines. Humans capture the world. Vangrid turns those captures into spatial data. Physical AI gets another layer of information to learn from. That’s a pretty interesting way to think about the future of machine intelligence.

Gm CT☀️ A lot of consumer AI still ends at: “Here’s a suggestion.” Gotchi Labs seems to be aiming for the layer beyond that. @sleepagotchi is already showing the first piece of the idea. It takes personal sleep and wellness data and turns it into context, helping users understand their patterns and work toward better habits. The important part is that the data isn’t simply displayed. It’s interpreted. And the bigger vision goes beyond sleep. Specialized AI agents could eventually operate across areas like: → Fitness → Shopping → Productivity → Daily life The goal is to build agents that can understand context, figure out what a user actually needs, take appropriate actions, interact with other services and eventually participate in the consumer economy. That’s a very different role for AI. Not just: Ask → Answer But: Data → Understand → Decide → Act @sleepagotchi is the first live chapter. Gotchi Labs is exploring what happens when consumer AI moves beyond giving advice and starts becoming genuinely useful in everyday actions. That’s the direction I’m watching.

gSleep guys Season 3 of @sleepagotchi closes October 12. But the deadline isn’t the part I find most interesting. What has my attention is how Gotchi is approaching the next consumer AI verticals. Shopping and Fitness aren’t simply being added because they look good on a roadmap. The direction is supposed to follow real user behavior and demand. And that changes the strategy. Instead of trying to build five things simultaneously: Build one. Watch the users. Learn what actually sticks. Then expand. Right now, Sleepagotchi remains the foundation. The more real-world sleep and wellness context the product builds, the more useful that foundation can become for whatever specialized AI agents come next. So for now, I’m less interested in staring at a roadmap. More interested in: → Showing up → Building the habit → Getting consistent nights One night at a time. gSleep

NFTs are a lot more interesting when they actually have a role to play. That’s what caught my attention about @ComputersRh. They’re building an onchain gaming world where your NFT isn’t just something sitting in your wallet, it can have an impact inside the game. The upcoming 3,333 free mint is also structured around the community, with allocations for: - Collaborations. - Players. - Creators. And there’s another interesting layer: Your NFTs can boost your in-game token earnings. 🖥️ Collabs are already live, so I’m keeping an eye on the opportunities and hoping to secure some spots for my communities. The idea of combining digital ownership with actual gameplay utility is definitely something I want to see developed further. Also big shoutout to the founder, @0xArtix. Dude is a chad. Let’s see what Computers RH builds from here.

If you already have a group of traders around you, why start building your reputation from zero? That’s the interesting part of Zaps from @zerufinance. You can create or join a Clan, connect the wallets you already trade with, and track your community’s activity and progress through Zaps. And here’s the part I found particularly interesting: Your starting balance can reflect previous qualifying trading activity. So if you’ve already been active onchain, you don’t necessarily have to start from scratch just because you’re joining Zeru. Clans add another layer by giving trading communities a way to participate in relevant protocol campaigns and build their standing together. The flow is pretty simple: Connect wallet → Check your Zaps → Find or create a Clan → Start participating. I’d start with your own wallet history. You might already have more Zaps than you realize. Check yours here: app.zaps.wtf

gSleep guys One thing I find interesting about Gotchi Labs is that it isn’t trying to launch every consumer AI use case at the same time. It starts with one vertical: Health & Wellness. And @sleepagotchi is already building that foundation with a live consumer product. From there, the bigger ecosystem could expand into areas people interact with every day: → Shopping & Commerce → Fitness & Exercise → Productivity & Daily Life → And eventually other consumer categories The interesting part is that each vertical could have its own specialized AI agents while still connecting back to the broader Gotchi ecosystem. And honestly, the strategy makes sense: Build one vertical → Learn from real users → Understand demand → Expand. Instead of trying to build everything at once, start somewhere people already have a real problem. Sleep is the first chapter. Gotchi Labs is aiming at the much bigger consumer AI ecosystem. That’s the part I’m watching.

NFTs have moved beyond being simple profile pictures. The interesting collections are the ones that give people a reason to care about the world behind the artwork. That’s what caught my attention about @ptsdshow. It’s combining an animated crypto series with its own Non Fuddable Tickets, creating a connection between the collectibles and the characters, stories and wider PTSD ecosystem. And I think that creates an interesting entry point. You don’t have to discover the project only by watching an episode. You can come across the characters, the NFTs or the broader community and then explore the story from there. It’s essentially bringing two things together: 🎬 Crypto-native storytelling 🎟️ Digital collectibles The NFT becomes connected to a world rather than existing completely on its own. That’s the space @ptsdshow is experimenting with, and I think the intersection between crypto culture, storytelling and collectibles is worth keeping an eye on.

4,444 MintABears. Free mint. But the interesting part isn’t simply getting one. @PlayOnMint seems to be treating MintABear as an entry point into the wider MINT ecosystem rather than just another NFT drop. Some Bears can be earned through activity on MINT, while others are distributed through communities and collaborations. So instead of everything revolving around a traditional “first to whitelist” race, distribution is tied more closely to participation across the ecosystem. And that’s where it gets more interesting. The mint is only the beginning. Afterward, Bears can have different levels, connect with MINT Status after TGE, participate in raffles, and interact with the ecosystem’s royalty system. So the structure becomes: Free mint → Get your Bear → Participate → Build your position → Explore the utility. The NFT isn’t necessarily the destination. It’s the entry point. What you do with your Bear after the mint is where the @PlayOnMint experiment gets more interesting.

Spent some time digging into what @zerufinance is building, and the idea of bringing AI-driven intelligence to onchain markets is starting to make a lot more sense to me. The interesting part is that ZeruAI isn’t using AI as just a buzzword. It’s trying to make the huge amount of information sitting onchain actually useful. Think about how much wallet activity happens every day: → Trading → Lending → Liquidity → Governance → Other onchain interactions There’s a lot of data there. But raw wallet history doesn’t automatically tell you anything useful. That’s where ZeruAI comes in. It analyzes wallet behavior and turns those patterns into a zScore — a signal designed to help applications better understand onchain activity and user behavior. That could potentially be useful for things like: → Credit decisions → Incentive design → User screening → Capital allocation And that’s the part I find interesting. Instead of asking users to manually explain their entire onchain history, applications can potentially use behavioral signals derived from what wallets have already done. The bigger idea is pretty simple: Onchain data → intelligence → usable signals. If ZeruAI can make that layer accessible to more applications, AI could become less about generating answers and more about helping onchain markets understand the people and activity happening inside them. That’s the direction I’m watching with @zerufinance.

A PFP can be more than something sitting next to your username. It can become part of your identity. That’s one of the things I find interesting about @Slippyclub. With 12 different personalities, choosing a Slippy isn’t just about finding an artwork you like. You can find a character that actually matches your vibe. But the bigger piece is what happens after you own one. Slippy is being built around an IP model where holders get personal and commercial rights to their specific character. That opens up a lot of possibilities: → Content → Merch → Products → Media → Creative projects And those rights follow the NFT if the character is transferred. So the character doesn’t simply disappear into a wallet after the mint. The idea is that you can actually build around it. That’s a different way of looking at a PFP. Not just: “Which picture do I want?” But: “Which character do I want to make my own?”

Gm CT. @BeldexCoin is heading to Seoul for Korea Blockchain Week 2026. But for me, the interesting part isn’t simply showing up at another Web3 event. It’s what happens when builders, users, partners and investors are all in the same room. Builders can talk about what’s actually difficult to build. Partners can explain the infrastructure they need. Users can point out the friction they experience. And investors can challenge assumptions from a completely different perspective. For a privacy-focused ecosystem like Beldex, those conversations can be especially useful. Because privacy today isn’t limited to transactions. It touches: - Communication. - Browsing. - Digital identity. - Assets. - Private infrastructure. Each one comes with its own problems to solve. And sometimes one conversation can expose a requirement that months of internal discussion might never uncover. That’s why I see KBW less as a stage and more as a feedback loop: Build → Listen → Learn → Improve. Beldex already has products spanning BChat, BelNet, Beldex Browser and BNS, so hearing how people actually interact with these different layers can be valuable. Now I’m curious to see what comes out of Seoul.

A good NFT character shouldn’t only be recognizable on your timeline. It should be recognizable anywhere. That’s the part of @Slippyclub I find interesting. Slippy isn’t being positioned as just another PFP collection. The snake character has room to expand into: → Memes → Games → Animated stories → Physical collectibles → Digital identity → Community culture And that’s where a character-driven IP gets interesting. You can take one recognizable character and let people experience it in completely different ways. Someone might discover Slippy through the artwork. Another person might find it through a game. Someone else might connect with the memes or the stories. Same character. Different entry points. With Antoine Mingo involved in the character design, there’s also an interesting artistic foundation to build from. And the 12 distinct personalities create even more room for storytelling, community identities and different interpretations of the Slippy universe. The bigger opportunity isn’t simply getting people to own an NFT. It’s creating a character people actually recognize, remember and want to interact with beyond the collection itself. Personally, I’d love to see more animated stories and community-created content around Slippy. But I’m curious: What would you want to see Slippy explore first?
