Got several questions after yesterday's release - all circling around CAC:LTV ratio & referrals. Here's how it works. In @beehiiv you can: - start a newsletter - grow & monetize with paid recommendations - add a referral program - create a paid product in 1 day (or hour)

Woke up to six new publications promoting my newsletter Completely hands-free via auto-accept. Still have 4 more applicants to review Easy mode acquisition. - If the subs are good, awesome. - If they're bad, auto-pause will turn them off. Are they good tho? We'll see.

Find, connect, and promote paid recs via MCP.
I remember how HARD it used to be to make newsletters look nice and now it takes maybe a few minutes with @beehiiv + Claude. We wanted to highlight how easy it is to get paid for sharing newsletter recs. Claude was able to help: - Pull relevant offers to highlight (thanks @DarwinBinesh) - Double check payout amounts, categories, and links - Custom code a responsive HTML section that was kind even in the quirkiest email client - Test how it would look in different clients/dark mode All while I was working on two other time-sensitive projects 🤯

"We suffer more in our imagination than reality" - Seneca turns out it's in the mind *and* everything else.
how wild is this study? people with high stress who said it was wrecking them had a 43% higher risk of dying people with equally high stress who didn't think it was hurting them had the lowest death risk in the study… lower even than people reporting almost no stress at all (!!!) in other words: by simply not believing stress is bad for you, it becomes less detrimental and less deadly... so stress itself isn't the problem, your belief about stress is

Working at @beehiiv, I've seen so many people struggle finding an audience, picking topics, or even just staying consistent with their newsletter. We build the software, but don’t get into individual ‘discovery’ with every potential publisher. For example, I went to a few events last month where everyone had heard of beehiiv, Hermes, Omarchy, (these were tech events), but nobody was actively posting. Not in their newsletter, not on X, not LinkedIn, etc. There were many "I know I should..." moments. And it makes sense. Lots of people create accounts, but never do anything with them. In almost every case, the lack of action was due to getting stuck on a topic, or a sense that deciding on one was 'irreversible' (it's not). So the 'have to get it right' excuse created that gap. We're talking smart, savvy business people, who just needed a little push in the right direction & help building out a few things in beehiiv. So I built Content Profile. A newsletter-focused agent that ideates, edits, and analyzes everything with you, to finally build that relevant, consistent newsletter. It’s tuned specifically for beehiiv and Hermes Agent - with the premise that you're publishing towards a commercial outcome (a better job, to promote your business, or if the newsletter is the business). There are three ways to use it. You can add a dedicated profile / bot to your Hermes app via @NousResearch. There's a discovery experience to help you find & finalize your topics, positioning, automations, lead magnets, posting cadence etc. It will ultimately grow with you (it's Hermes, after all) and actually build in beehiiv via the MCP. If you already have a bot dedicated to content, you can just have your agent review the skills. Feel free to take whatever you want from it. It comes pre-loaded with skills and my preferred writing style as the 'starter voice', but you can change it to what you prefer. It won’t publish for you, though (that's on purpose). Lastly, there are several references with best practices on building a great newsletter. You can just take these (personal, opinionated) references of mine if you prefer without adding the profile or even reviewing the skills. I'll publish 'updates,' which replace only my layer (skills and references); your agent's memories and setup stay untouched. The profile will flag when these updates are available. All of this means you get: - A content agent with an onboarding experience to help you land on your topic, edit your posts, and build them for you in beehiiv. - Pre-loaded skills that will improve over time by virtue of Hermes' self-learning loop. - Regular updates like a dedicated newsletter for your agent, with a coach on the side, to stay current. This is new, early, and I'd love your feedback! Bear with me if there are any issues. Note, this is an independent project (not an official beehiiv release), currently in BETA.

Beta testers are reviewing. Will announce it tomorrow morning. If you're someone who: - wants to/should make content, but is not - been on the fence of starting a newsletter - have a general idea, but no direction - want to be told how/what to do (nicely) this will be for you.
Been exploring this - releasing Monday

There’s so much “tell your agents to do this” content for humans now. Has anyone launched a newsletter directly for agents? Cut out the middle man?
