So Eco cash at Bambamani Centre & Main Branch on L. Takawira in Bulawayo are chocker blocker with quesbfor reversals and as a clever someone I quicky remembered there is another branch opp Haefelis and dashed there Nobody inside the one gentleman is busy with nothing and so I give him my letter for reversals and he says go to Bambamani or main branch coz my computer is not working. Told him those are super chocked with Ques and I need to get back business quickly, gentleman said you either choose one of those or go back Like how did customers service stoop this low at Eco cash, besides @EcoCashZW you inconvienced when you system failed do we deserve more punishment when seeking reversal for thos funds? You have branch absolutely empty and staff doing zero and are ok with you customers standing in ques upto an hour?

I don't know wether its the love of likes, pure ignorance or some foolish arrogance but let's break it down, why this mentality is why Africa remains behind everyone else Bcoz here in Africa anything is everyone's problem, if we have run out of someone to blame then blame GOD but never fail to place a blame In other cultures planes full of people fell out of the sky, they did blame GOD but invested time and money in understanding why and how, the result was improvements which have significantly reduced occurrence of such Dor instance before every flight someone takes time to take the passengers through the emergency procedures, exit doors, how to put oxygen masks, how to behave etc Beco they understood that often times GOD allows you opportunity to avoid the worst, people were overloaded not at gun point, people went into badly work out boat, I understand gvt directed that a knew boat be bought, apparently that will avoid over loading, that is supposed to solve ignoring danger warnings by the captain First thing should have been understanding in detail why and the sequence of events, then proposed solutions but like this gentlemen someone needs to pass he blame pretty quickly, it's must be that the boat was old, so buy another one!!
