In the past week alone: - Bitget was hacked for ~$388M - An NFT approval exploit put ~$6M in assets at risk - NEAR Intents was exploited for ~$3.8M - Many other rugs & daily scams We’re seeing more hacks, scams, and exploits every day And if you’re involved in AI, you understand how quickly the barrier to finding vulnerabilities is dropping with the right models and prompts The wake-up call: assume anything can eventually be compromised and prepare accordingly 🚨 - Don’t keep all your eggs in one basket - Split funds across multiple wallets and platforms - Keep only what you need in hot wallets - Use hardware wallets or multisigs for larger holdings - Revoke old contract approvals regularly - Keep secure, tested backups and recovery plans This is a reminder for me first, and for everyone else, to be ready for the worst instead of assuming it can’t happen. Another disappointment of the day !! Reason behind it got failed? - Expensive Mp according to current market conditions!! - some flaws in execution some of the peeps were having issues in withdrawal. Yesterday, I minted Credited Punks and also swept some from the secondary because I felt this could be a beta play for Credits. And so far, it is already sitting at 5x for the people who minted. But the floor is not the only thing that caught my attention. @wutaner is also exploring burning and evolution mechanics that could make the collection much more interesting over time Here is what he is cooking 👇 ~ The artwork is designed to be updatable. ~ He also thinks 10k supply a lot so he is exploring ways to reduce the supply without simply deleting the NFTs as he don't like burning. ~ One idea, he suggested is void where burned punks would lose their colour and become gray skeletons.
