Who is Amendment 3 for? Everyone!
Voting NO on Amendment 3 guarantees the government gets a pay raise.
VOTING YES they still have a 20-25% increase in the past 4 years. (which is still out of control)
We are currently raising property taxes at an all time high!
The average 1st time buyer was 29, but now 42 (trending toward 50 years old)
We must rein this back in now, and then look to overhaul the entire system for future generations.

There’s a reason Property Taxes are called the most hated Tax in America..
They are out of control!
You’re being Taxed on your equity (money you’ve never received) and local governments are spending money they should have never had.
Amendment 3 is the beginning of reining it in and when it passes we will still have record high revenue for the State.
Don’t be bullied into giving another government pay raise.
Pass A3 and then let’s eliminate and replace the entire system.

The current property tax system was never designed to give our local communities a 50% pay increase to spend on whatever they wanted..
Amendment 3 simply reins that back in to a 25% increase (from 65 billion to 53 billion).
Vote YES.

Do you actually own your home?
If you have to pay property taxes forever, even after your mortgage is paid off, I think we need to question what “ownership” really means.
To me, that isn’t true homeownership. It means you’re paying the government for the right to keep what’s yours.
I believe the American Dream was built on true ownership. And I believe we can still make that dream come true for Americans.
