Tesla FSD Supervised approved for a national rollout in Croatia
FSD Supervised has been approved in Croatia, with a countrywide rollout expected soon. Croatia is the eighth European country to clear the feature and brings Tesla’s global FSD footprint to 16 markets, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China and several EU states.
Tesla’s global fleet crosses 15 billion FSD miles
Tesla’s worldwide fleet has now driven more than 15 billion miles on FSD Supervised. The growing dataset continues to feed training and refinement of the system as more drivers use it in cities and on long trips.
SEC clears Tesla program for automatic retail votes with the board
SEC staff approved Tesla’s voluntary retail voting program. Shareholders can set a free standing instruction to vote with the board on all items, or on all items except contested elections and mergers. Overriding or opting out remains free, investors receive an annual reminder, and other companies may rely on the same relief.
Tesla secures $30 billion in credit lines
Tesla reported a $20 billion three-year delayed-draw term loan with Citi as agent, plus an $8 billion five-year revolving line and a $2 billion 364-day revolving line with Wells Fargo as agent. It ended its previous $5 billion revolver. No loans are outstanding, and Tesla said it does not currently plan to borrow in 2026. The revolving lines can grow by up to $4 billion more.
Starlink reaches schools and mountain villages in Da Nang
Da Nang is installing Starlink at 14 sites with no terrestrial signal: 10 schools and four remote villages in A Vuong, La Dee, Phuoc Thanh, Tra Tan, Tra Giap and Tra Van. Each location receives six months of free service. The links let classrooms run online lessons, keep local offices working, and hold communities reachable when floods knock out ground networks in the mountains.
Starlink headed to 31 remote villages in Nghe
An Nghe An issued a plan on 29 September to place shared Starlink kits in 31 villages across 20 communes, including Keng Du, My Ly, Nhon Mai, Muong Quang, Na Loi, Tri Le and Nam Can. Residents will use the terminals for calls, study, healthcare access and e-government where ground coverage is weak. Installation, activation and training are due by 5 October, with six months of follow-up. Viettel Nghe An leads the pilot.
Starlink helps KT SAT book first low-orbit revenue in South Korea
KT SAT recorded ₩3.318 billion from low-orbit satellite service in the first half, about 3.5% of its ₩95.862 billion in sales. That stream began after the unit started reselling Starlink and OneWeb in December 2025. At sea, XWAVE One pairs the Mugunghwa satellite with Starlink on KLCSM ships. On land, Lotte Property uses Starlink for disaster-response communications at Lotte World Tower.
Starlink Mobile goes live in Ecuador
Starlink Mobile is now available in Ecuador with CNT. From the coast to the mountains and forests, customers on compatible phones can use apps and messaging in cellular dead zones, extending direct-to-device coverage across the country.

Crew-13 completes dress rehearsal ahead of Thursday ISS launch
Jessica Watkins, Luke Delaney, Joshua Kutryk of the Canadian Space Agency and Sergey Teteryatnikov of Roscosmos suited up and boarded Dragon at Space Launch Complex 40 for their final dry dress rehearsal. Liftoff is targeted for no earlier than 11:10 a.m. EDT on Thursday, 1 October.
SpaceX lines up Transporter-18 and Falcon Heavy NROL-97 for 1 October
Falcon 9’s Transporter-18 has a window opening at 11:18 a.m. PT from SLC-4E at Vandenberg, carrying about 130 rideshare payloads, with the booster set to land at LZ-4. Later that day, Falcon Heavy is scheduled to launch NROL-97 at 11:53 p.m. ET from LC-39A. The side boosters will land at LZ-1 and LZ-2; the center core will be expended.
Boring Company briefs Dubai’s Crown Prince as Loop work advances
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed met Boring Company president Steve Davis in Dubai to review the Dubai Loop. UAE AI minister Omar Al Olama and Mattar Al Tayer of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority also attended. Since the February agreement, teams have assembled the tunnel-boring machine and begun casting concrete lining segments for the underground electric passenger system linking busy parts of the city.
