2019年静岡県三島市で乗用車の信号無視で原付バイクの男性が亡くなった。静岡県警は初動捜査を誤り、バイクが事故原因と判断した。しかし遺族の執念の目撃情報集めにより、事故原因が明らかに。県警は遺族に謝罪。遺族の活動がなければ死人に口なし状態になるところだった。 #三島市萩死亡事故
