That "young man" is THE person who put the hook in the sharks mouth in the first place. Learn about FL shark fishing tournaments and you will be disgusted. I've seen this on the beach firsthand, and it's sickening.

I took this on my beach. Happens every year. They chum the water, catch, tag, pry the hook out of their mouth, and release. Only this time the shark didn’t swim when they put her back. I had to go get these guys to sort her out. It’s a brutal competition.
