Out of 270 pregnancies in the trial, records on 234 were “lost.” But of the remaining 36, more than 80% ended in the loss of the baby.

Ryan Wayne Bassham, publicly identified as president of ACR Companies and ACR Imaging, was formally charged Friday, August 28, with:

🔥 The explosion erupted shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday, August 27, at the Morrow-Gill Business Complex near Morrow Road and South Lincoln Avenue.
💀 One victim died following the explosion.
🏥 A second victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition but later died.
💥 Authorities reported damage to at least 25 surrounding businesses.
🚨 According to authorities, Bassham has an active arrest warrant, and investigators believe he is attempting to evade law enforcement.

Country Land Investments LLC filed a civil case seeking a money judgment of at least $10,000 against Bassham and other defendants. Court records show a journal entry of judgment was filed in August 2021.
📂 2022 — Oklahoma County
David Beccue sued Bassham, ACR Imaging LLC and Alternative Agriculture Associates LLC in a civil breach-of-contract case involving more than $10,000. Court records show a judgment was entered in July 2025.
📂 2023 — Rogers County
LM&A Processing LLC filed another civil breach-of-contract lawsuit against Bassham and ACR Companies. A request for default judgment was later denied, and the defendants were allowed to file an answer.
‼️ These previous matters were civil lawsuits—not previous murder charges or violent-crime convictions. They are included as part of Bassham’s documented Oklahoma court history.
The case now confronting him is on an entirely different level. 🚨⚖️💀
These are felony-murder charges. Prosecutors do not necessarily have to prove Bassham deliberately intended to kill the victims. They must prove the deaths occurred during the commission of an underlying felony covered by Oklahoma’s first-degree murder law. 📑⚖️

Over 1,000 of our yard signs have been stolen during this campaign.
I ran the numbers. At current gas prices, somebody spent real money driving around collecting plastic signs we were giving away for free.
Worst investment I’ve seen in 30 years of finance.
No idea who wanted Mazzei signs to disappear right before the election. Total mystery.
What they couldn’t stop is this team.
Before the sun came up, volunteers were already putting out signs, covering their cars, and making sure Oklahomans know what’s at stake today. I cannot thank them enough.
And here’s the thing:
Signs don’t vote. People do.
So if you really want to ruin the sign thieves’ week, go vote today. Bring your family. Call your friends. Text your neighbors.
