How long can a legitimate user be locked out, and is there a way to reach a human for account recovery?
Would genuinely like to know before trusting another provider with 15+ years of data.

Plugins → Fastmail → Connect → Sign in to Fastmail → Allow mail/calendar access
It seems obvious to me that such functionality should be offered as soon as possible; that should be one of the next things.
