Dots need full authority to read and orchestrate all codex sessions and chats/work on the users behalf. or at least have permissions the user can select to allow this.
They need to be able to do everything on my behalf I ask them to do within codex, chat, work, connected plugins, any access chat and codex have dots also needs!
It should automatically receive updates on anything needing the users attention, when a sessions completes, when chat responds so the user can star focused with one personal agent that gets to know them better, understands how they work, knows which tasks are most important etc, be smart enough that if the user replies to 3 of 4 items and 1 still needs attention to let them know.
This would make dots a massive value add, user no longer has to check multiple sessions, chats etc. They do what they are doing and only have to monitor one session with Dot or have a open line phone call or voice chat going.

Been working non-stop with my Dot the last few days. Would love to give feedback to anyone at @OpenAI who’s interested. Dots could be so helpful and beneficial for users but they are definitely not there today.

I want my dot to be an orchestrator the only bot I talk to.
Give me updates on what sessions need my attention, if a question needs to be answered, a permission needs my approval, add context to past sessions in codex and chat and then I can give approvals to dot, answer questions with dot and it goes back to the correct session to move it forward for me.
I don’t want to have to click into 4 different sessions or have to start new sessions in each project with my dot, so it can have oversight into everything, I want dot have access to everything codex and chat does across all projects so I can be more efficient.
This would be a true value add

Anyone else unable to see all their Codex projects on remote devices?
New project and chats inside it that are on my Mac Mini not showing up when I look on my iOS app.
Tried restarting app multiple times, restarting phone, nothing working.

Codex/Dot looked into this and the project not showing on iOS and the chats not showing on iOS are all marked “Durable” for host, the visible projects and chats on iOS are all marked “Local” for host.

If anyone at OpenAI sees this, the bug definitely has to do with the "local" vs "durable" host. Dot was able to update the project to "local" and start a new chat in there as "local" to continue the project. Was not able to update the existing chat to "local" so now I can see the project and new chat as expected across all devices including iOS.
