I’m glad Nikita is gone from X. I never engaged with him while he was employed at X. I knew that it was too risky to speak my mind against someone who was clearly an egomaniac on a constant power trip who was addicted to dopamine. Too often I would see him ridicule and even demonetise accounts who dared to disagree with him or even just respectfully criticise him for some of the decisions he made. He would then regularly gloat about it. The criticisms were always fair and never personal but he still took umbrage and derived great joy from punishing these accounts. Then finally once he declares that he is no longer connected to X in any way I finally bit the bullet and decided to reply to his post with my thoughts on the impact he has made to this platform. His response was every bit as petulant as I expected. He blocked me and hid my reply along with others that dared to criticise his tenure at X. So yeah, this clearly over sensitive man child who routinely censors and denonenitises his critics should never have been so much executive power at a “free speech” social media platform. Good riddance!
