Good Night Fam! i've started noticing my bedtime in a way i didn't before. if it's getting late, i actually think twice about staying on my phone. that wasn't really me before. using @sleepagotchi made sleep feel less like another number to check the next morning and more like something i'm actively trying to improve. the funny part is, the app doesn't need to convince me with a huge dashboard. i just wake up, check what happened, see what the coach says, and think about what i can do differently tonight. some nights i still mess it up. but i'm sleeping earlier more often and trying to keep the same routine instead of pushing bedtime later every night. that's what keeps me interested. the real question isn't how many times i open Sleepagotchi during a campaign. it's whether i still go to bed on time when nobody is counting. that's the habit i'm actually testing.
