I do everything solo, and I'm not going to lie, I'm fucking proud of myself. Since I was a kid, I've been told to focus on one thing. I find that boring. I want to play and try a bunch of things. I never felt confident because nothing really worked out for 7 years. I ended up being average at everything: coding, marketing, design... But building 37 startups (marclou.com) taught me something far more important: resilience, discipline, and optimism. Over the past decade, those skills have compounded. I now run a tiny portfolio of startups making $1M+/year, sleep 8 hours a night, work out 2 hours a day, and spend plenty of time with my wife. Anything is possible if you're hungry. Believe in yourself.

I started posting YouTube videos 5 months ago for my SaaS ⏰ In the last 90 days: - 7.7k views - 190 watch hours And the great thing is it compounds over time 📈 Still too early, so I will keep pushing more on this as a long-term marketing channel 💪

I stopped posting on X for 12 days. And did a road trip to Montenegro 🇲🇪 and Bosnia 🇧🇦 with my brother. Last couple of weeks was pretty hard, in terms of everything (mainly work) started to feel so exhausting. So this trip kinda allowed me to take a look at all my life choices 😅 (for reference, i’ve been posting 2-5x/day for the last 400 days) I only did customer support + SaaS service deliveries. And tried to work min hours (0.5-1 hr/day) There’s already new trends going on (ofc Jev is one of them) - ngl i feel like I’m missing out when scrolling on my phone lol. But it’s also good to take a step back and rest a bit (it’s quite refreshing). Now my businesses are making ~$5k/mo. It feels like I entered the “scaling” part of the game. Which hopefully will be fun!! 🙃 Will be back in my home in Turkey 🇹🇷 in 3 days. I’m not going to say I can’t wait to get to work haha. But I have my plans. So anyways, if you’re also feeling tired + stressed, it’s important to know you’re not the only one. It’s cliche but the most important thing is to keep going in entrepreneurship 🫡 (btw traveling is such a great thing to feel alive 🌎🤞)
