Proof of Reserves is a good example of a problem most oracles can’t solve well: the data you need to verify may be the same data you cannot publish.
FCC runs the reserve logic inside an attested TEE and publishes only the signed result onchain.
That same pattern can be used for private collateral checks, NAV calculations, credit rules or compliance logic.
FTSO brings public market data. FDC verifies external facts. FCC adds verifiable computation over data that needs to stay private.

Proprietary business logic via FCC is coming.
I think this news is bigger than it might look on the surface.
A few days ago @Hex_Trust became the first institutional FCC application, using private reserve data to produce a verifiable USDX reserve status.
KWeather is now pushing a different use case: its proprietary weather consensus logic is being built with FCC, while its hourly weather runs are already being anchored on @FlareNetworks.
Companies can keep the sensitive part private while still giving smart contracts a result they can verify and act on.
That could bring a whole class of institutional systems onchain without asking companies to expose the data or IP they actually need to protect.

Following the LOI signed by KWeather and Flare in July, the first layer is now live on Flare mainnet.
How it works
• Weather Data Market, KWeather's official oracle, aggregates 11 weather sources into one consensus value per city, every hour, across 167 cities.
• Each hourly run's snapshot hash is anchored on Flare mainnet.
• Verdicts are published onchain, readable by any settlement contract.
• Subscriptions settle in native XRP on the XRP Ledger, priced via Flare's FTSO XRP/USD feed.
What's next
Flare Confidential Compute: the consensus logic runs confidentially, and contracts verify the signed result. Built and tested on the Coston2 testnet.

In July, KWeather and @FlareNetworks signed an LOI to bring weather data onchain. The first layer is live.
Weather Data Market, @Kweather_Co's official oracle, reduces 11 sources to one consensus value per city, for 167 cities, every hour. Each run is committed to Flare mainnet as it happens, and the results land in a registry any settlement contract can read.
Subscriptions are paid in native $XRP on the XRP Ledger, priced by FTSO's XRP/USD feed at the moment of quote.
