True URAs have guidelines but the decided to sell out of 100% WUC at once and within their Regulations. I will quote you the exact day and exact WUC share count sold off 100%.
Replying to @JRPelchat
That’s incorrect once again. ETFs have certain guidelines that they must follow to keep a stock in its index.

Again one of us sounds knowledgeable and precise and can prove their qualifications and job position. Further anyone can Google my name and Uranium and listen to the various Nuclear Investment shows. But don't worry your needed in isle 4 for a burger spill & soda spill!
Replying to @JRPelchat
Antonio doesn’t do much in uranium anymore. He almost exclusively does metals (copper, gold etc) I guess he lost your number or more likely threw it in the trash after your disastrous interview. You were the laughingstock of X!

No it is exactly correct. I follow URA's positions daily!! Every day with no exceptions. Tonight at when I am on shift ask mu URA's position holding for GLO or WUC for any day in the last 3 or 4 yrs. Or the daily U3O8 price or CU price or Zinc price or Oil or Nat Gas & etc.
Replying to @JRPelchat
That’s incorrect. They have strict guidelines on float, market cap and other requirements. When not met, they get cut.

Well today my investment Sectors are Commodity Metals (gold, silver, copper & etc.) and Oil & Nat Gas. So I have limited U3O8 interest. But if Antonio calls I will listen. I k ow Nuclear Stations and their Fuel Cycles in and out. You? I assume your a janitor at McDonald's.
Replying to @JRPelchat
Would like to see you go back on his show.

For almost 8 yrs I am a Plant Operator in control of the whole station. So I will put my qualifications up against anyone in the Nuclear Sector. My Engineering degrees are in both Electrical and then Electronic Engineering. Further, I have been in stock investments since '91.

You were laughed at by all when Antonio interviewed you. I mean people literally thought you were retarded Jim.

We interviewed many times so I don't think your too accurate. For those that don't know I am a Professional Engineer that worked on Nuclear plants for 25 yrs or so like Seabrook, Rowe, and Millstone designing Safety Systems like Axial Flux Difference for Seabrook Station.

Well I have been in Copper for 26 months. In that time CU has gone from $3+/lb to its recent all time high of $6.83. My CU stock just went up 600%. Luck? I have had my Oil & Nat Gas stock for 2 1/2 and their first 2 wells hit. Mind you the chances of a new well hitting is <3%.
Like I said. Know where you are in the cycle. Doesn't matter the commodity. We are not at that stage yet. $150-$200 plus is more realistic

ETFs do not invest to lose money. Your inference is just odd. For example, you should know ETF URA dumped 100% of their over 4.5 million sh position in Western Uranium in the Spring-26. Well, WUC was the $0.60s and now is $0.30. ETFs invest to make profits for their investors.
Replying to @JRPelchat
ETF is robotic. It doesn’t examine jurisdiction risk.

And all here can read me and you. Clearly I come off calm, precise and provide facts w numbers. You come off nervous, unhinged with no numbers. All can conclude who what they wish. Oh and only one of us has been interviewed as a U3O8 Expert on investment shows. That is not you!
Replying to @JRPelchat
You literally said Mike Alkin said global atomic was the best! While I linked you to a tweet from a uranium investor warning you against investing in it pre-coup! Any idiot would know not to touch it! Caught you in so many lies I’ve lost count!

You do know ETF URA has been buying Global Atomic for yrs & yrs Coup or no Coup and today has exactly 27,800,843 shs so they are huge and have confidence in GLO. Mike's discussions with me on GLO were from 2017 to '20. And Mike was exactly right and GLO did extremely well then.

All here are welcome to read what I wrote and judge me on their own. They can also verify my numbers and quality of companies I discuss. Equally all can review what you say & claim and verify you like to base your thoughts on the bottom of barrel companies & you quote no $#s!
Replying to @JRPelchat
You’re 10-15 winners vs. my list of 60+ losers! And Mike Alkins favorite Global Atomic among the biggest loser!! What a pathetic excuse for a bull market! Any simpleton can see comparing this to the bull run of 2003- 2007 is like comparing Babe Ruth to Mario Mendoza!

I am 100% truthful. You think referencing the TRASH of the Sector proves your point? Really? I am correct on Alkin 100%, Earthquakes in Turkey, Niger Gov Coups, price quotes yet I base my thesis on the Best of the Best in the Sector while you base your thoughts on the trash.

Hmm? Your quoting the losers Blue Sky Uranium vs my industry leaders UUUU, UEC, KAZ or CCJ? Why dont you add $0.28 Global Atomic in your non sense? Or Uranium losers like $0.30 Western Uranium or Anfield? So I quote the Sector Winners and you only quote the LOSERs. Funny!
Replying to @JRPelchat
Blue sky uranium, traction uranium, foremost clean energy, standard uranium, nexus uranium, homeland uranium, terra clean energy, fission 4 uranium, noble plains uranium, kraken energy, puranium energy and many, MANY more are all well below their 2021 highs!

The biggest and highest quality U names did not hit their highs in 2021. The 1/2 baked ones? Maybe. Your so wrong so often I won't waste the time to fact check you but all my info is 100% correct. Enjoy! It has been fun!
Replying to @JRPelchat
You are incorrect once again! Forum energy metals, Azincourt, encore energy, global atomic, fission 3, CanAlaska, Skyharbor resources, purepoint uranium, Baseload energy, Laramide resources, forsys, Anfield energy, premiere American uranium, Manhattan uranium, stallion uranium…

It is great that you are up but 2021 was not nearly the yr you claim. Try 1/2 as good as you claim. The facts don't lie. Again Mike Alkin was 100% right. I did not talk to Mike in '25 or '26 because he became the celebrity & Expert voice for the Sector. This too is 100% fact too
Replying to @JRPelchat
You conveniently ignored my post! If Mike was right 90% of uranium equities wouldn’t be way below their 2021 highs! As for me, I didn’t follow Mike Alkin’s advice on all his videos where he was so bullish so my bank account is doing quite well!

You are incorrect again. 2021 had few U highs. The facts are: - UUUU '26 hi $27.90 w '21 = $9.20 - UEC '26 hi $20.34 w '21 = $4.90 - CCJ '26 hi $135.24 w '21 = $25.93 - QZQ '26 hi $79.00 w '21 = $37.80 It is similar for most U names.

Mike was absolutely 100% correct. That is why Alkin is the No 1 voice in U3O8. You may not think so because you look like you held & held & held and today is getting burned some. Ask any Mines & Mineral show host and Mike is the most desired U3O8 guest hands down. All true!

And Mike clearly told me that due to the locational RISK be a "Trader" of GLO shares vs a "Long Term" never trade "Investor" in GLO. Simple. But I clearly held positions longer until smartening up and became an active GLO trader. Mike was absolutely Perfect. I thank him to death!

4. Mike clearly said that at that time with a $20 million MCAP, GLO's Zinc business was worth 3-4 times the whole company all by itself. 5. Mike said GLO had 3 other U deposits in Niger beyond the present one going into production, and 6. Mike noted their No 1 deposit has far ...
