My Uber driver asked what I do for work. "Software." "Cool. Can you look at something?" He handed me his phone at a red light. Terminal. Claude chat. Green P&L. +$6,200. He drives Uber 4 days a week. Makes $1,100. Has a 2-year-old daughter. "Where did you find this?" "Your article. The 14,000 wallets one." He read it three months ago. Didn't understand half of it. Asked Claude to explain it like he's five. 214 messages. All during breaks between rides. Parked at gas stations. Waiting for pings. First thing Claude told him: 87% of wallets lose money. Don't be the 87%. He installed poly_data. Fed it to Claude. Found 47 wallets with Sharpe above 2.0. Filtered crypto only. Quarter Kelly. $200 starting bankroll. From his tips. 93 messages later Claude helped him build the 20-line brain from the article. Bayesian updates. EV filter at 5%. Fully automated. Last 45 days: โ†’ 480 trades โ†’ 91.3% win rate โ†’ +$6,200 Best trade: whale convergence on Fed rate cut. 4 wallets entered in 2 minutes. Entry $0.12. Resolved $1.00. +$1,760. While dropping off a passenger at JFK. The passenger tipped him $5. The bot made $1,760. His wife found the Telegram alerts on his phone. Thought he was texting another woman. He showed her the P&L curve. "Can you make me one?" "How long until you quit driving?" He looked at me through the rearview mirror. "I'm not stopping. Uber is my cover story." I wrote the article. He actually opened terminal. You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day. Giving This Free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word 'AutoPilot' 2. Like and Retweet this post 3. Have you heard of this novel? Itโ€™s the โ€œliterary back-to-school phenomenon.โ€ Itโ€™s the winner of the Prix Fnac, the Prix Mรฉduse, the Prix Premiรจre Plume, strongly tipped for the Prix Renaudot, and itโ€™s in the running for the Prix Goncourt, Femina, Mรฉdicis, and Dรฉcembre. Oh yes, itโ€™s also in the process of being translated into 20 languages. Well, according to Pangram, this novel was written almost entirely by an Artificial Intelligence. We tested several passages, at various points in the manuscript, and got almost always the same result: 100% AI (see the first two chapters in the tweet below). Letโ€™s recall that Pangram is by far the most reliable AI detector: its false positive rate is 0.0041%, or about one human text out of 24,400. Out of 996,273 texts prior to 2022, Pangram classifies only 14 (0.0014%) as partially written by AI. The probability that twenty passages from the same book (and there are far more than 20 flagged sections in the novel) are misidentified by Pangram as being produced by an AI is therefore 0.0041% to the power of 20, or 0.1802 ร— 10โปโธโต %, which is 0 followed by 85 zeros after the decimal point. Wouldnโ€™t it have been more honest for the author to credit their co-author?

๐Ÿš€ Iโ€™ve stopped thinking of AI as โ€œjust an LLM. A production-grade AI system is an entire engineering stack. The LLM is only one layer. If you want to build serious Agentic AI systems, this is the architecture you need to understand:๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Frontend React โ†’ Next.js โ†’ Streamlit 2. Data ingestion OCR โ†’ Apache Tika โ†’ Microsoft Fabric 3. Processing spaCy โ†’ Hugging Face โ†’ LangChain 4. Embeddings OpenAI โ†’ Cohere โ†’ Azure 5. Vector storage PostgreSQL โ†’ Cosmos DB โ†’ FAISS โ†’ Milvus 6. Retrieval Azure AI Search โ†’ LangChain โ†’ LlamaIndex 7. Prompt / orchestration LangChain โ†’ DSPy โ†’ structured prompting 8. Intelligence OpenAI โ†’ Llama โ†’ Mistral โ†’ Azure AI 9. Deployment Docker โ†’ Kubernetes โ†’ AKS โ†’ Azure Container Apps 10. Evaluation & observability Azure AI Foundry โ†’ OpenTelemetry โ†’ Grafana But the real value appears when these layers work together. Example #1 โ€” Enterprise Knowledge Agent ๐Ÿ“š A company has thousands of PDFs, policies and internal documents. The agent can: Upload โ†’ OCR โ†’ Chunk โ†’ Embed โ†’ Store โ†’ Retrieve โ†’ Reason Answer Instead of searching through hundreds of documents manually, employees can ask: โ€œWhat is our refund policy for enterprise customers?โ€ The system retrieves the relevant information and generates an answer based on the company's knowledge base. Example #2 โ€” AI Research Agent ๐Ÿ”Ž Imagine an agent researching a new technology. It can: Understand the question โ†“ Search multiple sources โ†“ Retrieve relevant information โ†“ Compare results โ†“ Use tools when necessary โ†“ Generate a structured report โ†“ Evaluate the output The important part isn't just generating text. It's building a system that can retrieve, reason, use tools and verify. Example #3 โ€” AI Customer Support Agent ๐Ÿค– A production support agent could: Receive customer request โ†“ Understand intent โ†“ Search customer knowledge base โ†“ Retrieve account information โ†“ Call an external tool/API โ†“ Take an approved action โ†“ Verify the result โ†“ Respond to the customer For example: โ€œMy order hasn't arrived. Can you check the status?โ€ The agent can retrieve the order, check the delivery API, understand the result and respond โ€” without a human manually searching multiple systems. ๐Ÿง  The biggest lesson Don't try to memorize every AI framework. Understand the architecture. Data โ†’ Retrieval โ†’ Context โ†’ Reasoning โ†’ Tools โ†’ Action โ†’ Evaluation โ†’ Deployment Once you understand that flow, individual tools become much easier to learn. AI Engineering isn't about knowing one powerful model. It's about knowing how to turn models, data, tools and infrastructure into a reliable system that actually works in production. ๐Ÿ”– Save this roadmap. Raven is taking a fresh approach to AI agents working together. Research, coding, design, and on-callโ€”all in one unified system. Even the orchestration layer can improve with AI. Really interesting direction for agent infrastructure.
Raven 0.2.0 โ€” The Harness of Harnesses, built for RSI. ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ› One harness can't be best at everything. Raven combines its own specialist harnesses (Research, Code, Design, Oncall) with the agents you already use (Claude Code, Codex and more) into one team. And it's built for RSI, and not just at the skill level. The whole harness can be rewritten by AI: prompts, policies, strategy code, playbooks. Every sub-harness, including the orchestration layer itself, is its own instance that can be improved. With Raven you can: 1. Orchestrate many agents as one team. Raven's sub-harnesses and external agents work in one task graph with shared memory across sub-agents, powered by leading orchestration (0.963 Node F1 on the Multi-Agent Orchestration Benchmark). 2. Run long, complex tasks. Oncall and proactive execution keep work going for days, from scientific research loops to shipping a full Godot game. 3. Build vertical agents with RSI. Use Raven's RSI to develop and refine an agent for your domain, and we'll optimize it with you. Experimental for now; reach out to the Raven team(Discord:discord.gg/VVSm8MESch). More in the video and slides below. Open source, Apache-2.0. github.com/EverMind-AI/Raven (lots of work made with Raven lives there, and much of this launch's material was made with Raven too)
