If you want to check in a "fixup" commit, then you need to do: git commit -m "Fixup" git rebase -i HEAD~1 // Follow the instructions to merge in your fixup commit // It'll be gone from the tree and your previous commit now contains your fixup thoughtbot.com/blog/git-inte…
