I wanted to give a short explanation of the process for this animation as i feel it wasn't too complex on this piece:
I started by pointing a camera at myself using a LiDAR scanning application, these apps often look interesting on the [preview] screen so i screen-record my phone instead of the final output. Once i have some interesting poses, I begin to sequence/mask the parts i want to keep & start building out the scene.
