The newest Link version is out, now has optional password. Settings > security > add password The password is applied to the wallet/paymail, if you switch to an unpassworded paymail you won't be asked the password. Passworded paymails can be restored with the 12 words/wif/parked wallet. If you do NOT save your 12 words/wif/parked wallet, and you password-protect your wallet, and then lose your password = there is no way to recover your wallet. So make SURE you at least save/write your 12 words. dalais.org/link/
