Outsourcing the dread pile might be the best feeling ever.

Congrats! I know the valley gets criticized for being monoculture and full of status-signaling. But Sigil's story still shows what an amazing ecosystem we have to hungry, smart, hardworking people with a vision.

I would add that they don’t just determine it, but they attack it relentlessly.

I think @thisisgrantlee posted a version of this last year too. Starting early = more shots at goal and experience.

This kind of example truly shoes the alpha behind self-awareness. Though, risks being conflated with "introspection" which y'know... apparently the greats don't do.

These posts of yours are fire. So glad X algo is surfacing this more. There is no downside to running towards hard truths hard and fast.

So well said. Status becomes the main attractor to a hot market too. Before AI brought the rush back, SF was not the “cool” place to be. Everyone was talking up FL, TX… while dooming SF.

I agree. Especially for flights 3+ hours. I used to force myself to use Alaska and Hawaiian before United got Starlink more rolled out.

Hard to imagine. But guess the Ancient Greek tropes of Revenge show how clouded judgement can be by hate.
