Arc’s new Borrow Kit is a developer SDK that lets apps embed Bitcoin-backed USDC borrowing without having to build and maintain direct Morpho integrations. Here’s how it works: → Users deposit cirBTC, Circle’s 1:1 wrapped Bitcoin, as collateral. → The app helps them borrow USDC through approved Morpho markets. → The entire borrow flow can happen in a single atomic transaction. → Developers can use simple SDK methods to discover markets, size loans, open positions, monitor health, repay and close positions. The SDK also exposes health-factor and liquidation-threshold data, so apps can warn users when their position gets too close to liquidation. One important detail: Circle isn't the lender here. Liquidity comes from suppliers in the underlying Morpho markets, including firms such as Galaxy and Keyrock. Borrow rates, collateral rules and liquidation terms still come from those markets. Borrow Kit simply makes it much easier for developers to bring that borrowing experience directly into their apps. For users, the idea is simple: → Keep your BTC exposure, use it as collateral and access USDC liquidity without selling. There are still the usual risks, including liquidation, variable borrow rates, smart-contract risk and risks tied to the wrapped asset and infrastructure. But from a developer perspective, Borrow Kit removes a lot of the complexity involved in building this experience from scratch. @arc is making stablecoin financial products easier to embed directly into applications.
