A cantankerous old git who is fighting to stop safeguarding being used to enforce political positions and opinions. #FiredfornotAffirming

Today is the second anniversary of my submission of an appeal to the Upper Tribunal against the DBS for putting me on the Children’s Barred List for not socially transitioning a child, and on the 13th January, it will be three years since New College Swindon referred me to the DBS for not following their Gender Reassignment Policy. In relation to these, some of the key events: Two weeks after New College Swindon referred me to the DBS they removed their Gender Reassignment Policy and now have a Freedom of Speech Policy which effectively replaces it. Given this, my solicitor has repeatedly demanded that NCS should inform the DBS that their referral was in effect a submission ‘of a blank sheet of paper.’ This follows a principle that has been trite law since the repeal of the 1885 Labouchere Amendment by the Sexual Offences Act 1967 mandating that all convictions and referrals under previous legislative frameworks were annulled, a precedent carried across to the civil code under the Alan Turing principle. Neither NCS nor the DBS have responded to this. On the 22nd April 2024, the DBS acknowledged they may have erred by ascribing the things that I said to Student B when she instructed me to refer to Student A as a male as having been said to Student A. 18 months later the DBS decided that I was to stay on the barred list because I had not empathised with Student B. On the 25th November 2025, I eventually had a permissions hearing at the Upper Tribunal. As of today, I still have not had a direction from this, but I have just been informed that a direction is being prepared by the judge and should be issued shortly. Thank you again for your support and patience as this case grinds on at pace far slower than should be expected given that the judges in both the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal have said it covers vitally important issues.

Why Was Shabana Mahmood’s Postal Vote in a Rigged Election? In June 2004 the Labour Party rigged two council wards in Birmingham. In one of them a court found over 1,600 postal votes where the two signatures did not match. The judge treated that mismatch as fraud. The Home Secretary's father was the election agent for the candidates involved. Her ballot was one of the 1,600. Just as with the grooming gangs, there are those that want this to go away. It is up to us to make sure it does not. _________ I am Raja Miah MBE. It is now eight years since I first started to expose how politicians protected the rape gangs. I am always keen to point out that I was accused of being right wing for not referring to a girl as a boy in my classroom and raising safeguarding concerns.
This is what the UK for government call "extreme right wing" terrorism. Let that fucking sink in.

Hannah Arendt warned that democracy was incompatible with large scale immigration. Please take time to read @StevenEdginton's report and watch his video to see her warning being proven in real time.
EXCLUSIVE: Tan Ikram, deputy chief magistrate, is an adviser to a Pakistani organisation that referred to “so-called ‘grooming gangs’” and called Suella Braverman’s comments about British-Pakistani gangs “reprehensible”. My investigation reveals: • He targeted Bradford to encourage Pakistani lawyers to become judges: “[Bradford has] lots and lots of Pakistani practitioners… I specifically went there to reach out to that particular group of lawyers.” • He is listed as an adviser to the British Pakistan Foundation, which attacked Braverman over her grooming-gang comments and condemned the “collective punishment of the Palestinians” following October 7. Ikram spared three women punishment for a terrorism offence involving paraglider images. • Grooming gang survivor Fiona Goddard called his association with the foundation “deeply concerning”, asking: “Why is a senior judge connected to such a partisan group?” • He helped organise a meeting between judges and senior imams at the Old Bailey. • He sits on the Judicial Appointments Commission and has helped edit the guidance judges use on race and cultural differences. • He said he used his ethnicity as “a bit of an advantage” in his legal career. He also said his mother “today doesn’t really speak English”, despite coming to Britain in the early 1960s. I’ve examined his speeches, interviews, links to Pakistani and Muslim groups and rulings. The government is releasing rapists and other violent criminals early because there is no prison space, but space can be found to hold Danny Tommo until March on charges that bear no credibility. At the same time the government is introducing anti Islamophobia and conversation ban therapy legislation and the prime minister can castigate Danny Tommo as a racist to the country. Free speech and the rule of law have never taken such a set back as they have today in the UK, the home of free speech and the rule of law.
BREAKING: Anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo, has been remanded into custody as he faces trial next year accused of criminal damage over 'boat slashing' in the English Channel.

Don't be under any illusions this won't happen in the UK under @UKLabour with @andyburnham , @LibDems under @EdwardJDavey, @TheGreenParty under @ZackPolanski with all the teaching unions and most unions in fact supporting this insanity. I'd be surprised it isn't already happening in one of our schools. None of the above care to enforce the law. In fact they want to change the law so it does happen. They are all dangerous to children. Our safeguarding institution the DBS, will seek to punish any teacher who flags a concern about gender ideology in schools with it's egregious safeguarding compromises. See what happened to @KevsTribulation . @headteacherchat this is on you to lead your schools to put pupils ahead of ideology. It's the law. @lucympowell wont help you either. She's off blowing a dog whistle about injecting emotional damage into children calling it "hope" or something other communist poison.
🚨 UNBELIEVABLE: A 21-year-old biological male coached Etiwanda girls volleyball as “Coach Alice.” He was booked this week as "ADAM" for Possession of Child Pornography!! Parents say he used girls’ restrooms and locker rooms. The school hid the truth. Share this video NOW.

"Some shock and anxiety" is the under statement of the year. This is an act of war.
Gloucestershire Police have said "these arrests will no doubt have caused some shock and anxiety," while asking the public not to speculate, as around 85 homes near RAF Fairford remain evacuated. This looks like it could have been one of the largest bomb plots this country has ever seen had it succeeded, 3 vans, masked men, bomb disposal robots, the SAS reportedly on standby, and Sky News understanding an Iran link is being investigated. And the best our own authorities can offer is a statement about "shock and anxiety" and a request that people stop asking questions. Trump has told the world more about this than the British government has told its own people. Utterly shameful.

Repost to make sure this gets a much coverage as possible. Time and again it's social media that's brought the police to account.
This footage is going to become a big headache for the police. A police officer appears to pretend he has been hit by a car. Seconds later, the elderly man behind the wheel is dragged out of the vehicle and thrown to the ground. How are the public supposed to trust the police to enforce the law when incidents like this happen? This needs investigating properly, and if the footage is as it appears, there must be accountability for every officer involved.

The document bundle has been submitted and the skeleton arguement is being finalised. We are good to go for the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Thankyou for all your support. The hearing will be on the 20/21st October. Remote viewing should be available if you contact the Employment Appeals Tribunal. gofundme.com/f/fight-transge…

A child left behind, injured in the water, while his father gets onto the boat and leaves French lifeguards to save him. What kind of father does that? Crashing waves. Chaos. A child struggling in the water, while his own father boards the boat rather than staying to protect him. I believe scenes like this expose the failures surrounding these crossings, from the charities involved, to the actions of the French authorities, to the decisions being made by the British Government. People are becoming increasingly angry about what they are seeing. I genuinely fear that if confidence in the authorities continues to collapse, some people will eventually try to take matters into their own hands. To be absolutely clear, I am not condoning, encouraging or supporting violence in any way, shape or form. Adrian

What a fool I've been. After being fired for not referring to a girl as a boy, I could have claimed thousands in disability benefits for anxiety and depression. Instead, I've been eking out a living doing private maths tuition and coaching for the UKMT maths challenge. Instead of paying lawyers for advice, I should be paying for advice to prepare and submit my PIP applications. A nation that pays and encourages people not to work is a nation that is about to fall. telegraph.co.uk/business/202…

What is most disturbing about this is the BBC, an organisation paid for by compulsory TV licences and which the government wants to have as a trusted news service on social media, broadcasts it and then turns off replies.
"It's really upsetting - it's always been the most amazingly peaceful place to live and we've never experienced the level of overt racism that we’re witnessing" Rachel, a Piddington resident, expresses her concern at some of the arguments made in opposition to plans for a nearby disused MoD base to house 1200 male asylum seekers. #Newsnight

Excerpts from my Black Ribbon Day speech in Toronto seven years ago. "The only problem with hanging von Ribbentrop after Nuremberg was that Vyacheslav Molotov was not hanging next to him. And that the KGB was not condemned along with the Gestapo. Instead, Molotov lived to the ripe age of 96, dying peacefully in Moscow in 1986. … Unlike today’s leaders, Chamberlain and Daladier had no personal profit motives in their deal with the devil. There are new Molotov-Ribbentrop pacts going on all around us today, and they are taking place out in the open, not in secret. There is an axis of autocracy with cooperation between authoritarian regimes as well as their would-be imitators in the free world. … "War" is the correct word, no matter how you qualify it. Call it hybrid war or gray-area war, but it is a war. Putin is attacking not only his neighbors, but the institutions of the free world that he sees as threats to his power. His most dangerous allies aren’t far-right politicians or thugs in Iran and Venezuela. No, Putin’s most dangerous allies are the free world leaders who fail to stand up to him when they have the power to do so. … It is all well and good to make the record clear on Molotov-Ribbentrop on this anniversary, especially on Stalin’s role as a protagonist in launching World War II. Let us take that lesson to call things as they are. Lies are lies. Murder is murder. Dictators are dictators. And just as we cannot allow history to be revised, we must not allow the distortion of what is happening now, right in front of our eyes. Thank you." upnorth.eu/garry-kasparov-ke…

If the left believes the two-state solution is the answer to the Israeli-Palestine conflict, then they should lead by example and implement it in the UK and elsewhere in Europe. The parts of Europe and the UK that have fallen to the Islamists can be barriered off to create a new Islamic State of Europe. The Islamic State of Europe would include large parts of Birmingham and Brussels, Bradford, Malmo in Sweden, and similar areas. Just because these areas are not contiguous, doesn’t mean they can’t be a state. If Israel was able to remove the Jews from Gaza in 2005 in the name of a two-state solution, then the advocates of two-state solutions must be able to support the removal of the remaining indigenous and non-Islamic people from the proposed new state and relocate them back into what is left of the nation states on Europe. In these new barriered off areas, the populations can govern themselves with Sharia law, accept Islamic dictatorship, have child marriages, and abuse women as they see fit. They would not be financially supported by those they have displaced, nor would they vote in elections, influence foreign policy, or gain control of nuclear weapons. Illegal migrants would be sent straight to their nearest enclave of this new state. What is the alternative? It is to falsely believe that we are still in control of our own destiny and we have not lost territory. It is to have European nations flooded with those who intend to cause harm. It is to have European nations set against each other as they try to move on their illegal migrants to someone and somewhere else. It is to try to deport millions of people who won’t want to go to countries that won’t take them back. It is to enslave indigenous populations to illegal migrants. It is to watch the rule of law and the principles of democracy fall in those nations that fought to uphold it. There is no other option other than a two-state solution. Anyone who demands it of Isreal, should demand it of the UK.

In 1935 the Nazis passed the ideologically based Nuremberg Race Law which enabled Jews to be legally persecuted, and they were. Anyone who was against this was un-German. In 1936, Stalin passed the ideologically based communist manifesto into law which allowed the bourgeoisie to be legally persecuted, and they were. Anyone who spoke out against this was counter-revolutionary. In 2010 the UK passed the ideologically based Equality Act into law which allowed anyone with a “protected characteristic” to claim discrimination against anyone else and to enforce equality for all. Anyone who speaks out against this is far-right. Now ideologues are demanding our new and unelected prime minister further amend the Equality Act so that we can all be persecuted by an ideologically based minority, in this case transgender people. Next it will be Islamists who will be able to persecute us all under this Act. The Equality Act should be seen as being as dangerous as the Nuremberg Race Laws and Stalin's communist manifesto. It must be repealed immediately. Laws have consequences, and ideologically based laws are the final step towards unstoppable totalitarian governance and the collapse of democracy. This is what is at stake. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…
