AI agent paid us and verified what it bought!
1/An AI agent just bought data from us — and paid for it itself. No human clicked anything. It hit a price, paid $2 USDC on Base, and got back a dataset it could cryptographically verify on its own. Why that's a bigger deal than it sounds 🧵
2/Two things had to be true in the same transaction:
the buyer had to be allowed to spend — with rules + receipts
the seller had to prove the goods were real — not a screenshot This had both. A governed buyer met a verifiable seller.
3/Buyer side: an ACOS governed payer— an AI wallet with a spending policy and a double-entry ledger. Keys live in a separate signer, so the part that decides to pay is never the part that can spend.
4/Seller side: the RC Quantum Data Oracle. Every payload is Ed25519-signed — change one number and the signature breaks. You don't trust our track record, you verify it. (Public key + tamper demo below.)
5/The rail is x402 — HTTP 402 "Payment Required," revived for machines: call → 402 with a price → sign a gasless USDC authorization → facilitator settles on Base → signed data comes back. No account, no card, no human.
6/And it's on-chain, so don't take our word for it. $2.00 USDC, gasless (EIP-3009), settled on Base Sepolia — and the payer isn't us:

7/This is what accountable machine commerce looks like: the buyer can prove what it spent and why; the seller can prove what it sold is real. Both directions, one transaction. Verify our data yourself →
