Two biggest hurdles I’ve faced in trading: 1. Setup Confidence: I used to constantly second-guess my entries. Backtesting over 1,000 trades over the last few months changed everything. My confidence is at an all-time high. 2. Execution Fear: Emotionally, fear of failure still gets to me. I hesitated on several setups recently. The wild part? A review showed most of those skipped trades hit an average 1:5 RR. Progress isn't linear, but the data doesn't lie. Long way to go, but we keep pushing. May Allah grant us success 🙏

Took this GBPUSD short. Was up +3.65R at one point. Held it because my full target was 9R and first partial was planned at 4.5R. Never got there. Closed it at a loss. I’m still proud of this one though. Didn’t get emotional. Didn’t start forcing trades. Stayed calm after it went against me. That’s the part that actually matters. If I had just executed every valid setup without letting emotions interfere, this account would already be up at least $1,000. Missed some clean ones because of that. Process first. The results will catch up.

12 Keys to Becoming One Great Trader Cheat Sheet: 1. Love the Game: If you don't genuinely love trading, you will never become a Market Wizard. On our desk, guys talk trading on the way to the gym, over breakfast, and all day long. It isn't a 9-to-5; it’s an authentic obsession. 2. Learn How to Make One Good Trade: You must learn how to think through and construct a good risk-to-reward trade before touching the keys. One Good Trade. And then One Good Trade. And then One Good Trade. 3. Study & Build Real Edge: Study the setups profitable traders take. Make them your own. Innovate and add strategies that make sense to your unique cognitive strengths. 4. Execute Daily Best Practices: Complete your PlayBook, run your Daily Report Card (DRC), crunch your execution stats, backtest setups, and work on yourself. 5. Immerse Yourself in Professional Culture: Trading in isolation takes years longer and costs a fortune in "tuition"—otherwise known as painful trading losses. Get around serious traders with the highest standards. 6. Collaborate Relentlessly: Our top desk pulled in ~$50M in 2025 because they trade as a team. They gameplan A+ trades, hold each other accountable, and check each other's blind spots. Collaboration expands your PnL exponentially. 7. Build & Leverage Technology: You cannot see everything manually. Be bionic: build custom scanners, scripts, alerts, and leverage automated tools to make more. 8. Bring Your Best "You" to the Screens: Sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness all precede elite performance. 9. Embrace Supreme Patience: Traders want the 8-figure year on Day 30. Early in your career, focus on becoming consistently profitable, no matter how small the PnL. 10. Master Your Trading Psychology: Mindset isn't about avoiding losses; it’s how you handle market feedback. When you stop taking losses personally and treat them as the cost of doing business, the emotional friction disappears. 11. Talent: You can't play running back in the NFL without elite speed and strength. You can't become an elite active bionic discretionary Market Wizard without the ability to process information quickly. 12. Resources: Capital, technology, dedicated mentoring and coaching, seasoned senior traders, tools and research are essential to give you the best chance at greatness. #DayTrading #PropTrading #SMBCapital #TradingPsychology #OneGoodTrade

That tells you the war was never about Nukes
The situation between Iran and the US has now become so funny to me The US is saying you should NOT have nuclear weapons Iran is saying We DON'T want to have nuclear weapons We are fighting over something that never existed in the first place and both countries can't reach an agreement on something that Iran doesn't have 😂

One day Palestine will be FREE
I don’t expect Muslim countries to defend Iran But the least you could have done, as Muslim leaders, was reject America’s illegal sanctions I am truly disgusted by these Muslim leaders, no wonder Palestine has been suffering for more than 70 years

If you don't mind being wrong on the way to being right you'll learn a lot--and increase your effectiveness. But if you can't tolerate being wrong, you won't grow, you'll make yourself and everyone around you miserable, and your work environment will be marked by petty backbiting and malevolent barbs rather than by a healthy, honest search for truth. #principleoftheday

This is long overdue. Well, I guess is better late than never right?
Africa still has no permanent seat on the Security Council. A 21st century Security Council without permanent African representation is unjust & indefensible. We must reform the Council so that it reflects today’s world with the legitimacy and effectiveness that today’s challenges demand.

This is a very powerful statement/warning.
Iran’s President at the United Nations in New York: “Either we will build security together, or we will endure insecurity together.”

Imagine the West and media outrage if Iran’s president told the UNGA Iran might annihilate Israel or the US. Yet Trump says he might annihilate Iran and the world is silent. The world doesn’t suffer only from the violence of the wicked, it suffers from the silence of good people.

Two entries missed after waiting for several hours. The old me would have chased them. Missing trades are part of the game. You win some, you lose some, and you miss some. It still hurts whenever I miss out on good trades. $EURUSD #eurusd

Took a loss on my trade last week Wednesday. I got taken out when fomc was released. My mistake was that my SL wasn’t wide enough although it’s wider than where I’d usually place my SL. Lesson learnt. Unto the next😎

I had to close this trade at BE considering how the LHs are forming. In trading, you should be willing to accept when you’re wrong about the market. Do not get married to your bias/analysis. If the 9am candle on the 4H chart closes below the rectangle box, that would indicated a bearish reversal.
My analysis and entry on $EURUSD. I couldn’t share this earlier because I was quite busy at work. Do you think I’m going to get cooked 😎. Always plan your trades and trade your plan. #EURUSD #forex

Nobody gives a shit about what you called live, focus on yourself. Matter of fact, you look like an absolute clown collecting clout. Twitter is for fun, not for work. Your opinion is irrelevant, you’re nothing but a peasant in the markets.

There are two things you need to do to be successful. You have to come up with the best decisions, and you have to have the courage to make them. The real problem for most people is that they think the best decisions are only in their heads. The most important thing I learned was to take those ideas, put them out there, and stress test them. Whatever success I’ve had in life has had more to do with my knowing how to deal with my not knowing than anything I know. That taught me how to take in what others have, and that has been a key thing. #RayDalio #Principles #DecisionMaking #SuccessMindset

I couldn't have said it better. Most prop firm traders are impatient. Their desire to pass the evaluation phases within hours or days is alarming. Sadly, they hardly make it pass the evaluation phase. Personally, I do not risk more than 0.5% on a single trade. I know a friend who has blown about 20 $50k challenges from fundingpips and fundednext this year alone. He only received one payout about $1.2k. Anytime I suggest he reduce his size he'd tell me that would take him forever to pass the evaluation. He currently has no account because he's unable to afford one. Survival is winning bro.
Your daily loss limit is not a target. If the firm allows 5%, using 4.8% “because it’s allowed” is how funded accounts die. Simple rules that keep accounts alive: • 0.25–0.5% risk per trade • 2 losers max, then done for the day • Never try to recover a daily loss the same session Passing a challenge is skill. Staying funded is restraint.#PropFirm #RiskManagement

Did something last week I’m proud of. $EURUSD started dumping. I marked my POI on the 4H and waited for the pullback. It never came. Price kept dumping. POI left unmitigated. I stayed calm. Didn’t chase. Didn’t force the entry. Old me would’ve been pissed I missed it and jumped in anyway. The market always gives another setup. Miss one, wait for the next. No need to chase. #forexdiscipline #patience
