We’d love your support, especially from companies who rely on PixiJS. Help us keep pushing the web forward!
Love seeing this 🩷
We've spent a lot of time on performance in PixiJS 3D, so it's great to see people getting the benefits in a real game
If you're interested, we're happy to share more about how we do it... let us know!
First look at Cozy Cube 🏠
A cozy pixel game I’m building where you can create, decorate, and share your own little pixel home right in your browser
Built with @PixiJS for game rendering engine and @shadcn for the game UI
Still a work in progress, more soon
Procedural terrain demo built with PixiJS 3D
Built by @tytytyryu using GPT-6 Astra
Excited to see more of what people create with with our engine!

I redid the pixel art wizard test I did last night inspired by @majidmanzarpour ... I rewrote the prompt in a way that allowed GPT-6-Sol to use @PixiJS as a renderer rather than pure JS, and got a way better result.
Link to the OG post:
Tried out the new PixiJS 3D module. Wanted to see how it handled something I'd done in three.js, and I'm fairly happy with the result. I'm excited to play around with the new 3D capabilities in a library whose 2D rendering I've used professionally for more than a decade.
PixiJS 3D closed beta signup is now open 🎉
2D and 3D in one place, the PixiJS way!
Fast by default.
WebGPU first with WebGL fallback.
Drop in 3D like it was always there.
Closed beta for the next couple of weeks, then open source!

Had a few questions about this...
Yes the video is built with PixiJS 3D
The animations are done with GSAP 💚
Why not open source right away? We are a small team and this helps us manage support and maintenance while we iron out any issues
💚 Site of the Day - I-Creativ Studio
A custom-built portfolio merging WebGL depth, Pixi.js rendering, and GSAP motion on a bespoke Laravel CMS. Minimal and cinematic, designed without templates or frameworks. A distilled expression of 20 years of digital craftsmanship.

The @codetv_dev hackathon entries are rolling in and it's so much fun looking through them.
The magic broom on @ericvanholtz site is just perfect. 🧹 Love seeing @PixiJS in the wild too 😎
You can read about how he created it here ->

Been working with GPT 5.6 Sol to add frustum culling to our upcoming 3D renderer 👀
Culling will be automatic, so no setup required, just like our batching
Together, they let you render huge worlds without worrying about optimisation
Demo: 1 million blocks at 120fps
Trying out PixiJS 3D with GSAP while building new features 💚
New today... render any PixiJS 2D content (including full games) onto multiple 3D meshes
Built this split cube demo with live games on each face
All running seamlessly on WebGPU and WebGL
Quick World Cup predictor for tonight's USA vs Belgium game
According to my highly scientific simulations: USA 2-1
Been testing out Fable 5 and building small games
Built with PixiJS 3D (WebGPU rendering with WebGL fallback)
More PixiJS 3D testing 👀
Take any live 2D PixiJS content (sprites, text, graphics) and render it onto 3D geometry
Our goal is to make working between 2D and 3D as seamless as possible in our WebGPU/WebGL renderer
Let us know what features you'd like to see!
Sneak peek at our latest test for the upcoming PixiJS 3D engine 👀
WebGPU first with WebGL fallback
Optimized for performance from day one
Really excited to get this into your hands... More to come soon!
Models by @quaternius and @KenneyNL 🙏
PixiJS v8.19.0 is out 🎉
HTML-in-Canvas support is live!
Time to make the web fun again!
Plus lots of fixes and improvements across the engine
More in the blog post below
Following on from last week's GPT 5.5 experiments...
Did more experimenting with HTML-in-Canvas to create more interesting page transitions
Using our favourite animation library GSAP + the PixiJS Skills
Very impressed with how well GPT 5.5 can create WebGL/WebGPU shaders
Been testing GPT 5.5 and it's implemented the HTML-in-Canvas spec
Worked for both WebGL and WebGPU out of the box
Then created this demo with the PixiJS + GSAP Skills
Hopefully there will soon be no excuses to make boring websites
