This 45-minute Stanford lecture by Elon Musk could teach you more about building companies than most startup books combined. No fluff. No motivational speeches. Just lessons from someone who has actually built massive companies. Bookmark this. Give it 45 minutes today. It might change how you think about building a company.

This genuinely hit home, @SharmaShradha Ma’am. Starting is often easier than knowing what to do next. As someone who started my startup journey in 2023 and received support under Startup Bihar, I’ve personally felt how confusing and lonely those next decisions can become. That’s why ShuruKar feels so meaningful. Creating a space where founders from smaller cities can openly say “Mujhe yeh samajh nahi aa raha” without hesitation can change lives. Really excited to see this come to Bihar. @SharmaShradha Hokar Nidar, Shuru Kar.
Shuru karne ke baad bhi, sawaal khatam nahi hote. Sometimes, that is when you need guidance the most. You have taken the first step. People are counting on you. And now there are decisions you have never had to make before. You should be able to say, “Mujhe yeh samajh nahi aa raha,” and find someone willing to listen and work through it with you. Eighteen years of YourStory have taught me to take these moments seriously. A question about a business can carry years of someone’s savings, their family’s expectations, their confidence in themselves. It deserves time, care and honest guidance. That learning is shaping how we build ShuruKar. This is a movement to support aspiring entrepreneurs as they develop their ideas, find their first customers and learn to run their businesses. We want to create workshops where you can learn, drive conversations where you can ask freely, and offer practical support when registration, legal complexities or compliance feel unfamiliar. I want someone building in a small town to feel they have people to turn to. I want them to know their questions will be taken seriously. And I hope those of us who have experience will make time for this work. We know how much a thoughtful conversation or timely advice can matter. There is so much we can help someone figure out. Bharat has been my teacher for 18 years. I am bringing that learning, and a willingness to keep learning with you, to ShuruKar. We launch on 10 October at Gyan Bhawan, Patna. I’ll be in Patna from 7 to 10 October, and I would love to meet you. Hokar Nidar, Shuru Kar.

PLEASE Stop telling Claude “do this.” PLEASE Stop telling Claude “write code.” PLEASE Stop telling Claude “fix this error.” You’re talking to a senior engineer like it’s a junior intern. Give it context. Give it constraints. Give it ownership. Here are 7 prompts that make Claude think, not just execute. Copy paste ready:

7. Production-level UI components "Think like a senior frontend engineer building reusable, accessible, production-ready UI components. Consider: loading states, edge cases, responsive design, accessibility. Give me: component architecture, props design, implementation, usage examples." *Tip: "Loading states" and "edge cases" are the two things every AI-generated component skips by default unless you name them explicitly always name them.

6. Multi-agent workflow "You are 4 collaborating agents: Architect, Engineer, Reviewer, Optimizer. Architect designs the system, Engineer builds it, Reviewer does quality control, Optimizer improves performance. Give me: architecture, implementation, review feedback, final optimized version." *Tip: This one's slower but catches way more than a single-pass prompt the "Reviewer" role genuinely pushes back on the "Engineer" output instead of rubber-stamping it.

1. Build the entire app from scratch “Think like a senior full-stack engineer building a production-ready startup MVP. First, design the architecture. Then build the minimal but scalable version. Include: → System architecture → File structure → Database schema → API endpoints → UI architecture → Complete working code Don’t overengineer it. Don’t build a toy. Build it like a real product that could actually ship.” Tip: Always say “minimal but scalable.” Skip that line and Claude may either overengineer everything or give you a prototype that falls apart fast.

When Claude is down and you're the only senior who still knows how to code.
