Everything is fake now fake medicines, quack doctors, adulterated food, crumbling infrastructure and fake degree….And they do it because there is absolutely no fear. No fear of law, no punishment, no consequences. You can literally murder patients for 5 years and nobody cares that's where they get their motivation from.
