And unlike the FBI, the Chinese Ministry of State Security (MSS) uses super computers to simultaneously data mine all four of the stolen databases to electronically deliver individuals to be targeted. The FBI uses Integrated Program Management that consists of people that set performance metrics and intelligence gaps. An analyst then builds spreadsheets and identifies potential targets for exploitation.
We can also include the Equifax hack. Most don’t realize how important the OPM hack was. They captured every person who holds a position of public trust, those with security clearances, and most importantly, their role in government and defense contractors.
Combine all the information they’ve gathered and they can narrow down who is most susceptible to blackmail and coercion.

Remember this? Throughout 2014 the PRC hacked OPM (U.S. Office of Personnel Management), Starwood guest reservation network (Marriott) and BCBS (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield). Then algorithms data mine all three for specific criteria and build targeting packages. Those named targets are then delivered to Intelligence Officers (IO) to go after Americans.

Stock up on essentials while you can. I don’t expect this to be prolonged, but you never know.
And they have had enough. And I don’t blame them. A nationwide strike starts October 1st.
I would not treat this as a social media rumor. This is happening.
The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association has been warning about this for months. Shelley Koch runs K&J Trucking and has fifty years in this business. She explained that the biggest hardship is cash flow. It takes cash out of your business immediately.
At these prices, that cash flow just dried up.
The math is brutal.
A long-haul trucker burning 150 gallons per thousand miles paid $562 for fuel at last year’s prices. Today that same fill-up costs $942. That is $380 more per trip.
Freight rates have not kept pace. Owner-operators are running loads at a loss or parking their rigs entirely.
Now they are organizing.
