Amazingly the Claude MCP connector was accepted pretty much instantly: claude.ai/directory/pallyy
But chatGPT taking forever (like 3w now), anyone know how long it takes?

Also late but Pallyy finally has a MCP to schedule and manage posts!
The amount of time that agencies will save from just uploading media and creating posts even before approvals is crazy.
Maybe the biggest/best feature we've built so far.

Pallyy finally has an API! (yes we're a bit late)
Upload media, schedule posts, review and approve - all via the API.
Been using it in Grok bot to create and schedule posts from marketing site assets on auto-pilot which is pretty fun!
Next up: MCP (coming soon...)

Just ordered my 2nd starlink. Just a few clicks in the app and it's done.
I'll never get over not having to deal with our local telcos ever again AND I'll happily pay more to do so
Pllyy's ICP: Founders that run social media for 3-25 clients. This can be freelancers or small agencies.
They seem to enjoy the platform more than others, have higher avg MRR, churn less, and can grow which is good for expansion.
Always kind of knew it was this type of person, but never really built specifically for them until the last few weeks. And in doing that I've been creating some great relationships with these types of people and they're helping me create awesome new features.
Not 100% sure how to target and change messaging to target these people yet, but it's a start.
It's only taken me 7 years to actually dig into my clients data and find my ICP... 🤣
Not sure how I made it to this point without one....guess you don't actually need one, but it does make things sooo much clearer when you do.
Pallyy's organic impressions are up to 140K/day (from 41K).
All SEO work:
- moving blog from CMS to my source code
- optimizing all posts
- interlinking like crazy
- creating new content from GSC export
Funny what happens when you actually start marketing again.
Think I need to pivot a little to target agencies more.
Almost 50% of my revenue comes from agencies, who make up only 18% of paid users...
And I'm not even really targeting them much
Also their churn is about 25% lower than non agencies
Is this a good idea?
Just made Approvals wayyy easier for agencies in Pallyy
Posts on left, editor in middle, comments on right. One view, so you can see everything you need for reviews in a single glance.
You can find, review and approve posts in seconds now.
Just offered a leaving customer $100 to jump on a call and give me feedback.
Learned about what's missing in Pallyy, what they like about the platform they're going to + more.
Might set this up as a auto cancel thing
All time low churn rate for Pallyy 😳
New customers are down a fair bit too, so it's not all good news...but at least the people who use it, are staying for a long time!
The BEST feedback I've ever received for Pallyy has always been on a call.
I'll never learn these things via feedback board or emails + it's super motivating and users love it too
