I like the resets(virtually unlimited usage) and the extra care we as developers get. Previously i was using claude sonnet and safe to say, that was bad bad. 5.6 has been a crazy upgrade for me personally cause i've been able to build stuff i wouldnt have normally

Anyone getting this error constantly in codex? Its so annoying, not to mention, the chatgpt unified app is really cooked right now. It feels super slow.

Ok idk what oai did but holy f*** are the rate limits totally ass now... they have progressively gotten lower.
5.4 it felt like you could use it for a while
5.5, it got less
now even with 5.6 terra, rate limits get exhausted in like 10 mins

Is there a particular reason i m not seeing sol as an option while the other variants are available? I have the plus plan
GPT 5.6 Sol is our best model so far at ~everything.
It's remarkable how stark the difference is with GPT-5.5 across coding, hard context and strategy tasks, building sites, ... and literally anything I need to get done. Totally requires raising the ambition of what you try.
