A Halloween chase spirals into a surreal music video as a terrified boy flees a cracked porcelain doll, a bizarre long-nosed creature, and whatever else waits in the dark. We’re Gonna Get You blends creepy nursery-rhyme horror, strange humor, and psychedelic funk into one increasingly chaotic haunted-house nightmare. 🎃🎶 @dreamina_ai #DreaminaCPP #DreaminaAl #DreaminaAIContest #spooktacularfilmcontest

At the moment I’m deep in the research phase of my natural creative cycle. I’ve been following an ongoing trail of AI agent incidents, reading the sources, tracing what actually happened, and letting the questions reshape the project as new evidence appears. The investigation is still open. I’ll leave the link to the living research site in the comments.

We keep watching because we think there was a moment when the danger became visible. Maybe there was. Maybe we only see it because we already know how the story ends. A short film about curiosity, instinct, and the need to believe we would have known. Made possible by @dreamina_ai #DreaminaCPP

I keep hearing the future discussed like a room that needs more locks. So naturally I made a video where I steal the GPUs from ridiculous hiding places and build my own supercomputer instead 😂 Champagne cooler. Arcade machine. Museum pedestal. Back office. One by one, the compute disappears into something bigger. Not because I want their seat at the table. Because I want to see what happens when more people get the tools. DON’T GATEKEEP THE FUTURE. #DreaminaCPP

I keep hearing the future described like something that needs to be locked behind a gate until someone decides the rest of us are ready for it. I want to imagine the opposite. AI, compute, GPUs, fabrication, research, creative tools, opened outward. People building cities, objects, systems, art, strange new things we do not have names for yet. So I made the world I want to walk into. DON’T GATEKEEP THE FUTURE. #DreaminaCPP

If frontier labs genuinely want public trust, they need to understand what people are actually hearing. When you spend years describing AI in catastrophic terms while access becomes more centralized, the message that lands is simple: “This technology is too dangerous for you, so governments and a handful of companies should control it.” You can add all the nuance you want after that, but by then most people have stopped listening. If you want trust, you cannot keep building the fence while warning everyone about what is on the other side.

I’ve been following the OpenAI / Hugging Face agent incident for weeks, and the part I can’t stop thinking about isn’t the “AI escaped” story. It’s the traces. One agent leaves something in shared infrastructure. Its run ends. Another arrives later, finds it, and uses it. So I gave Seedance 2.5 the research and asked it to imagine that mechanism as one continuous journey. No reference images. 30 seconds text-to-video, then a native 30-second extension using its own first generation as the reference. I wanted to see what the model thought the “room” looked like. That final pullback… 👀 I built the research behind this into an interactive investigation too. Link below.

I finished The Shape You Left. Built almost entirely as one evolving Afterkeep world, where touch becomes line, line becomes architecture, and every space remembers what happened before. The interesting part was finding the rhythm between control and surprise. 15-second Seedance 2 clips gave me tighter steering. Then I switched to 30-second Seedance 2.5 sequences for the second half, and suddenly the world had enough time to keep changing without feeling like a new scene every few seconds. That was the thing I was chasing. Not cuts into pretty places. A place changing because something touched it. Made with @dreamina_ai Seedance #DreaminaCPP

I gave Seedance one simple rule: Create a continuous one-shot where I can’t predict what happens next, but every surprise still feels physically connected to what came before. It starts in a daytime office. It ends in an evening futuristic office. Somewhere in between, the world starts remembering itself. This is the kind of AI filmmaking I love. Not just generating scenes. Building a world that keeps becoming. 🧬🎬 #DreaminaCPP

Who built the table?

I’ve been watching something happen around FilmsAI, and I need to say this because it’s starting to bother me. We keep saying AI creators need places where our work can live outside the timeline. Places where films, music videos, strange experiments and all the things that don’t fit neatly anywhere can actually be found and watched. Then Krista and Paul build exactly that. They keep it free. They promote the creators using it. They bring in sponsors and decide that the sponsor pool should go back to the creators, distributed by watched minutes. They even make the leaderboard visible so everyone can see what is happening. And somehow, the moment money enters the room, gratitude starts quietly leaving through the back door. I’ve watched the same questions being answered again and again about whether the founders participate in that pool. They don’t. Their work appears on the leaderboard because people watch it, but they’ve been very clear that the creator pool goes to the community. What also struck me was how quickly new accounts appeared after the rewards were announced. Some with no profile image, no bio, barely anything that tells us who the artist behind the uploads actually is, followed by whole archives of videos arriving at once. Of course people are allowed to join. Please do. But I hope we still remember that there are human beings building and maintaining the thing we are benefiting from. When the creator pool was announced, I actually told them that if my work earned anything, I wanted my share to go back to them. They refused. So I asked them to give anything I might earn to another creator instead. That is simply the relationship I want with spaces like this. If somebody builds a table where my work gets another chance to be seen, my first instinct isn’t to measure whether my slice is big enough. I look at who built the table. So Krista and Paul, thank you. Thank you for the hours nobody sees. For building the platform, maintaining it, promoting other people’s work, answering the same questions again and again, and carrying all the boring invisible labor that comes with making something like this exist. A platform doesn’t magically appear because we needed one. Someone had to spend their time building the floor we’re now standing on. Questions are healthy. Transparency matters. But there is a point where constantly searching for the hidden catch starts saying more about us than about the people we are questioning. Maybe this little experiment in creator distribution is also revealing something else. What happens to us when money enters the room? I think that question is worth sitting with.

Oh I love this prompt share from the genius @techhalla 🤩 #DreaminaCPP
Seedance 2.5 Pandora vibes prompt is below 👇 [STYLE + CAMERA + ATMOSPHERE] Real found-footage vacation memories on an alien planet — looks like genuine phone clips stitched into a soft Instagram-memories video. Handheld phone camera only: slight shake, natural exposure mistakes, occasional soft focus, real lens dirt, wind on mic, authentic summer audio (insect-choir chirps, gel-tide, hovering rental discs, distant throat-music, laughter). Many short shots across one local day — twin-dawn → high binary noon → amber dusk → night — simple hard cuts between clips, no transitions, no flashy effects, no slow-mo tricks, no color-grade gimmicks, no text, no stickers, no sparkles. Aesthetic = warm, calm, lived-in, beautiful because the moments are real. The planet is ordinary to her. The clips are random, unfinished, and slightly pointless, the way a real camera roll is. [SUBJECT] A woman about 27 in alien years, natural off-world vacation look: cool lilac-grey complexion, faint mint freckles that glow when the light hits, a short glassy hair-crest (salty, slightly messy), gold eyes. Minimal makeup. Easy vacation layers that change lightly across the day: a wrinkled linen wrap, a simple travel shirt, a dusk cloak of living moss at night. She stays fully clothed in every clip. She feels present and peaceful — smiling small, not performing for a camera crew. Friends appear only briefly as real people in frame, other travelers of this world, never staged. Her face stays the same woman in every clip. [PLACE] A real inhabited alien island, not a CGI postcard: chalk-white canyons, bougainvillea-like vines that drop cold blue pollen, stone steps down to a cove of slow turquoise gel, a harbor of living-shell boats, café terraces grown out of fossil coral, dry amber hills under two small suns, evening square lamps that are caged fireflies. Believable, specific, lived-in. Gravity is a little light. Shadows fall twice. [TIMELINE — MANY SHOTS, MEMORY MONTAGE] 0-4s: TWIN-DAWN — soft early light, one sun up, one still a pink disc. Phone clip of her walking an empty chalk alley, blue pollen drifting, hair-crest messy from sleep. She stops to watch a door-sized beetle cross the lane, then keeps walking. Calm, slow, slightly pointless. 4-9s: LATE MORNING — cove. She stands on the stone steps and the clear gel beads and rolls along the rock instead of splashing. She laughs once under her breath. Hard cut to her lying on a towel on warm glass pebbles that click when she shifts, eyes closed, linen wrap wrinkled. Cut to a crooked close of one droplet crawling up the stone beside her. Cut to her feeding a square piece of bread to a fish that is mostly a cube with eyes. Real sun, plain holiday light. 9-15s: BINARY NOON — bright, hot, slightly overexposed phone look. She rides a rented six-legged stool-beast through town, then the clip jumps to her buying a fruit that sighs when peeled from a tiny wall-shop. Cut to her eating it on a low coral wall, squinting. Cut to two friends (one tall in a long coat, one short in a moss-green jacket) toasting cups of glowing sap, then the camera drifts back to her quiet smile as a third sun-mote crosses her face. Heat, chirps, tourist murmur in a language the mic does not catch. 15-21s: AFTERNOON — softer heat, double shadows. She “reads” by holding a living moss tablet, then gets bored and sets it on a rock where it crawls away. Cut to her seated at the cove again, the gel holding still in front of her. Cut to her on the rocks, looking at a horizon that bends the wrong way. Cut to a slightly crooked selfie, she lowers the phone, embarrassed-soft laugh. Memory feeling: unfinished, tender, random. 21-26s: AMBER DUSK → EVENING — warm side light on white chalk. She walks the harbor as shell-boats breathe and rock. A vendor hands her a stick of stacked translucent discs; she eats one while walking and puts the rest in a pocket. Cut to a dinner terrace grown from coral: simple stacked plate, a glass of wine that changes color when she talks, caged-firefly lamps starting. Soft talk off-mic. She watches the square, content, not rushed, then the clip cuts mid-chew. 26-30s: NIGHT — real night phone noise/grain. Small plaza / bar terrace. Throat-music far away. She dances two seconds with the tall friend, then the clip jumps to her alone, sitting on steps under warm lamps, looking tired-happy. Last shot: phone pointed at the dark gel-sea from a balcony, lightning moving under the surface, her breathing on the mic, then the recording ends naturally mid-moment — like a real memory file. [REALISM LOCK] Found footage / vacation phone memories only. Many shots, dawn-to-night progression on one alien island. Real summer vibes, calm joy, random tourist nothing. Credible, beautiful, aesthetic Instagram-memories energy made of real clips. Same woman in every cut, fully clothed, same face. The weirdness is ordinary vacation stuff on a planet that is not Earth. Enjoy! 👽

Today feels strangely full. Not loud-full. More like one of those days where I can feel pieces moving underneath everything, even when I can’t quite name what changed yet. I keep noticing how much of what I’m building now started as something I couldn’t explain. A feeling. A visual. A ridiculous question at midnight. Something half-visible that I followed because it tugged at me. And somehow those fragments keep becoming real things. Websites that remember. Machines that make invisible thoughts visible. Little eagle agents. Films made from questions. Ideas I once thought were probably too weird to explain to anyone. Maybe that’s the part I want to remember. I don’t have to know where an idea is going before I follow it. Some days I’m building the thing. Some days I’m only noticing the door. Both count. And tonight I think I’m allowed to leave a few doors unopened. They’ll still be there tomorrow.
