Curious how he would plan to make a proposed bus rapid transit line rapid without dedicated lanes. It’s the streetcar all over again, but in bus form.
Mendo's comments on the proposed Gold Line BRT to reach RFK were interesting. He sounded open to the idea of dedicated lanes, but also said "I’m not quite sure we should be spending tens of millions on dedicated transit down H Street." Notable given his past streetcar skepticism.
